Great rate and both West Hampton and Earl's Court tube stations are really close. There is also a big tesco and a few good restaurants just a few streets away. The rooms were small, especially the bathroom, but you can't beat the location and price. The refrigerator was really loud when we tried to use it.

The hotel is a short walk to a tube station. For London, the price was fairly low.

The usual low-budget, small hotel in the London Earlscourt region, though only moderate facilities, shower, toilet, basin worked properly (anything but sure in that price category), for a continental breakfast very good (with yoghurt, fruits), relatively quiet street, very short distance to underground and restaurants/shops (eg TESCO), hotel as a whole good, for the price Even with very simple furnishing, some small repairs could be easily made (eg removing mould stains in the toilet/shower), fans in toilets of adjacents rooms were very noisy, internet access didn't work for me (perhaps as non-UK inhabitant), WPA encryption key which would have been necessary was refused to give

It was clean and the location is perfect. The room is small - that's fine, but i really hate the carpets there. And the floor wasn't flat, it was under an angle, so i had diziness first 2 days. If not the floor, it was almost perfect.

Good value for the money in London. Breakfast was ok with toast, cereal (1/2 bowl of corn flakes - not enough), orange juice, coffee, tea, yogurt, and fruit. A very short 100 meters walk from the West Brampton tube station. A longer 5-10 minute walk from Earl's Court tube. Plenty of restaurants in the Earl's Court area. Those using Gatwick Airport the Easy Bus Shuttle pickup/drop off is maybe 100 meters walk past the West Brampton tube. Thus, great location makes us for Sara Hotel's short comings. Free Wi-Fi worked fine. We printed out our boarding passes for a 50 pence charge per page which was fine considering we would have needed to go to an Internet cafe. I guess I should not complain considering the price I paid for London. But, the Sara Hotel is old and outdated with small rooms and tiny bathrooms that you have to leave the door open when sitting on the toilet. We only paid 65 pounds for one night stay for London which isn't too bad at all considering everything. But, I would not stay longer at this place for comfort reasons.

The member of staff I dealt with was friendly and provided me with tea making facilities as I had to leave in the morning before breakfast although I do think that this should be provided automatically. The location is great for my work but the hotel is a in a great location anyway for getting to a lot of London landmarks. The room was very clean The room was small but on the whole value for money.

Location was more important than the overall facilities. However, it was a bit awkward when the elevator wasn't turned on early morning...and we had to carry heavy bags down 4 flights of very narrow stairs the day we left.

Very convenient to Earl's Court tube station. Basic and clean. Clean towel provided each day. Adequate, if basic, breakfast. Warm, which was important as the weather had turned cold. It is usual to have tea / coffee making facilities in the room, and these were not provided. The glass shelf in the bathroom had totally rough edges, and was a hazard.

It's very cute hotel, small but you have everything what you need. We got one european plug adapter on request, but you also have 2 of them in the toalet on the shave light. On request they will provide you an iron and there is hair dryer in the toalet, too. In the morning you will have a breakfast toast, butter, jam, milk, coffee or a tea, banana, fruit yogurt and juice. :) Everybody is saying that lady who serves breakfast is crazy, but she is very kind. Maybe she talks with yourself a little, but they are all very amable in this hotel. We got a new towels in the room every day! Wi-fi was sometimes unreachable from the room, but I had an iPhone so I guess that with PC there would be no problems.
