The staff were wonderful. They were very pleasant and helpful but not imposing. Nothing was a bother; for example they quickly produced a vegetarian packed lunch for me at short notice when I found out that the training course I was attending didn't supply it. The room was nice and comfortable, and in an idyllic situation. I liked both the beautiful setting of the hotel and the interior.

The room was clean and well presented. Serviced each day which was nice. The room had very noisy heating and "clunked" during the night. Thw windows were "period" but I didn't expect gaps around the glass leaking lots of cold air. Thought the maintanance would have been better.

The staff were really one of the best we have ever come across. The room we were in was a bit aged, chipped bathtub and walls, stains on the carpet and chairs and the wardrobe door wasn't working. It was a bit disappointing. Luckily, the staff more than made up for it.

Nice location, nice staff Can't get mobile phone signal anywhere in hotel except reception area. Also, no WiFi - for an hotel attracting business customers and conferences this is not really an acceptable level of service. I can't see myself staying there again for business until this issue is resolved.

Good gym. Booked a taxi for 0730 when I arrived. The next morning it didn't turn up, I arrived at my client at 0845 instead of 0750. Great. Asked for a shaving kit, you could give the razor to an infant, it was so blunt. Restaurant staff were rubbish, like they've never been to a restaurant. Really really poor as a business hotel.

The location is outstanding - beautiful parc close to Windsor/London The spa (pool, sauna, steam bath) is excellent 1) No climate control in the rooms - gets very hot on sunny days 2) Beds are to small for two adults (ca. 140x180 cm) 3) Rooms are quite small as well

Very relaxing, beautiful hotel in a lovely setting. Staff all helpful, polite, nothing was too much trouble, lovely to see so many smiling faces. Noise of other guests from the Terrace Bar outside area until the early hours.

The building is a magnificent structure. The noise from the compressors or air-cons for the select few. We could hardly sleep fopr three days ie hot and noisy. Our romm had a rooftop window - small with no air-con ???.The breakfast was exactly the same each morning. Surely changing to different sausages or deleting one item and adding a new one every morning makes for an interesting surprise each morning.

Great luxury hotel in rural setting only minutes from Great Windsor Park and nice, if long, walk into Windsor itself. Good service and friendly staff. Room very warm, even with stand alone air con unit fully on. Only a few tv channels. The large grounds are bland - all lawns and no flowers whatsoever. Food, drinks and spa all expensive but I guess to be expected in a luxury hotel.

My wife was disappoited with her treatments. She said that she didn,t feel pampered, that the treatment felh rushed. She also said the the therpist did,nt listen to her regarding a surgical wound to be carefully when applaying treatment and caused her some discomfort. The therpist aslo had to to be reminded thet she didnt complete my treatment which was a moistuire her back. My wife had a lot of stress recently there for i thought a treatment would be a nice relaxing treat but this was not to be the case. Other wise our stay ws plesent. Thank you.

All hotel staff spoke excellent English which is what I would expect when staying in England. Staff were friendly and all greeted you when passing by in corridors, open areas. Would like to see more Signs directing guests to the gym, reception, restaurant. The hotel information folder need to be updated. For example, there was no details for the Spa.

I have never stayed in such a small room in my life. To call it cramped would be a compliment. When I told reception of this, they smiled and shrugged. Disgusting service.

Breakfast was very good. My room had some sort of noisy machinery outside which bothered me. After complaining, I was moved to another room which unfortunately was smaller and colder. I feel it would have been fairer had I been offered a room of at least the same size as my initial room.
