Savill Court Hotel  

Very well presented, staff were always polite. fantastic location to Windsor park. Plenty of parking. Drinks in the bar were not overpriced nor the bar/snack menu. The hotel grounds were very well looked after.

Breakfast at £17.50 per person was a bit too expensive.

The surroundings and external appearnace

Service was bad but polite. Example an filthy ashtray presented on a white linen tray. Breakfast was limp and bacon dry and over cooked. Room a lot smaller than would expect for this price. Menu was pretty unadventurous for the price so had lunch but not dinner at hotel.

very high standard of accommodation in large grounds. Very quiet. Large rooms. Excellent staff. Did not eat at all as room only. Friendly to children Like a baronial hall, large bar etc. Very good price for this quality hotel by prepaying.Big easy car park

Being told we hadnt piad for our breakfast at time of booking which we had ,unfortunately had left paperwork at home which prooved otherwise.

all of the staff all around the hotel were incredibly polite, personable and professional.

Location as we were playing golf at Wentworth.

Quality of dinner was average. Price of a glass of wine in the bar excessively high.

For the short stay it was perfect. The location is great and staff very friendly.

Despite booking 2 adults and child, I was charged again at check out for the child ! Not impressed

Sure it was just my room but even with the thermostat up to max for two days it was only just comfortable heat-wise

I like the friendliness of staff who are very helpful and aim to make the stay confortable.

I think the restaurant food is very expensive and the hotel does not give option of a light meal or snack. I think the prices for eating is very high in this recession and thus the restaurant was quite empty.

We liked how welcome we were made at all times. It was close to where my daughter is living for university. Overall it was a lovely comfortable hotel. We've stayed in Staines before but this was perfect.

I liked the warm welcome on arrival and the staff could not do enough to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They were a pleasant change from other hotels I have stayed at.

Breakfast £17....crazy money

Very comfortable and relaxing for New Year's Eve. We were in an Executive Room and had a lovely view of the gardens. The bed was ultra comfortable, the best I have slept in in a hotel, and the temperature of the room was very cosy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very nice overlooking the extensive grounds.

Tis a shame the restaurant closed early (9pm) as it would have been nice to have been able to eat a little later due to being New Year's Eve, however, room service was available and provided a full menu as per the restaurant.

Very large corporate event (not warned of this) very noisy and we were unable to relax in the evening, food and service very poor from the bar because of the event. Staff occupying best seats in lounge. . However manager kindly waived food bill, but still not the celebration we had hoped for. WiFi advertised but no signal

We have stayed several times before, love the pool and the very quiet location near Windsor Great Park.
