Good location close to bus station excellent chinese buffet with in walking distance. Very friendly and a good breakfast. Good value for money A bit more attention to dust and general cleaning in rooms no room for bedside table to put cup of coffee on when in bed

Location and cost Got a parking ticket from parking outside. Not the hotels fault though. I didn't see the sign and didn't ask the very helpful lady if I was ok to park there.

good shower in en-suite,and excellent breakfast. cleanliness,worst beds we ever slept in,internet did not work,curtains fell down,bin in en-suite was never emptied and previus occupants rubbish was still in bin when we arrived.noisey neighbours dog kept you awake till early hours with barking.

it was convenient for the company that i work for ,it was friendly and adaptable for the service that i required and still require with a ad-hoc reliability. i sadly was unable to taste the quisine as i am an early starter and the breakfast starts after i have left the premisis

There were 7 of us , ranging in age from 7 to 87. The landlady is lovely and recommended an excellent restaurant within walking distance. The rooms are all en suite, clean and comfortable. breakfast was great, especially the poached eggs. There is a leisure centre on the doorstep and Yorkshire sculture park and Hepworth museum are local . All in all, great value for money

Best value for money. En-suite room, very comfortable. Very helpfull staff. Room cleaned daily. Un-limited coffee/tea. Mega breakfast for only £3.50.

The landlady was very helpful. It was very close to pubs & restaurants. Ideal for a weekend or weekday break with the center a 3 minutes walk away.

It was in an exceedingly seedy area with people hanging out on the street. As I intended to go out that evening and return about 3am, I decided not to stay there as,alone, I felt unsafe parking on the street and walking into such a guest house at that time.
