Location in quiet part of skegness
Other guest really noisey at 8am children screaming and running up and down stairs not hotels fault but not what you want when away. Parking limited managed to get space after waiting for a while.
Off road parking
No spoon to stir coffee
We're it was located.
Could of been a tiny bit cleaner, found a few black hairs in the room and bathroom.
The room was comfortable and clean and we got a warm welcome.
I did think the room was expensive as the money I paid I felt should of included the breakfast and not charged ontop
Friendly welcome, great value and staff did everything they could to help
Great location, 2 minute walk to centre, parking on road (or at hotel if you get there early enough) was clean, rooms basic but nice
Rooms were really hot Checking out at 10.30am
ease of parking car was safe
Really friendly hotel with a good breakfast would highly recommend
No tv working hot in rooms at night no bar for alcohol drinks no evening meals
Location...near seal sanctuary and close to Sundown which we went to for the kids disco at night Very Clean...faultlessly clean Staff Great...I left my ring in the room on departure & was no trouble getting a staff member to let me back in to get it Slept like a baby....Myself, my partner, 2 girls and a baby all had the best night sleep...a mixture a sea air & comfortable bed
Couldn't find an iron or ironing board
The room wasn't very good no show bath just a sink. TV only works on 2 channels. No sugar only 1 tea bag. No complementary soaps like the write up said there was. Would not go back to stay.
Excellent friendly staff, great location
Mattresses were like rock :(
location, comfortable beds, friendly owner at check in, value for money
thought I would be able to park at hotel, but spaces all gone so had to park in nearby magistrates court, then got street parking close to hotel in evening, not really a major issue.
Bed was comfy.
The room was really small for a double aswell as it was a ensuite. I found hair in the shower, had to clean it myself. It was poor overall, I wouldn't close this place to stay again.
rooms were dated, needs modernising
Very clean, basic but comfortable. Bathroom very small but slept very well in a comfy bed. Would stay here again
No parking spaces left. Had to circle the block then park up and wait for someone to move.
Lovely clean friendly place would Deffo come back and stay again thank you
The hospitality was perfect, made me and my partner feel like it was a home from home and treated us like humans not children as we are a young couple.
We had the leave
The staff are very helpful. Breakfast full English was good rooms clean warm and cosy. Excellent B & B. Will recommend and will go back.
