No parking. no iron to use breakfast was awful . Hash browns dry toast wasnt even warm for the butter to melt the owners werent around if you needed anything. The shower room had a tiny fan to take away the steam from the shower a hole in the ceiling was blocked with toilet roll ... toilet had to be flushed twice would not stay there again sorry
Bed was too hard, not enough milk or sugar.
Showers mouldy, beds old and worn
Really nice hosts Very clean Excellent location, you can't be nearer the seafront without being on the seafront
The staff were so very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The location was quiet which made for a good nights sleep.
Rooms are very close together and the stairs are steep.
made to feel very welcome had a great nights sleep.enjoyed our stay.
Comfy beds Close to sea front Very quiet once everyone had gone to sleep Own front door and room key
Paper thin walls, could hear every light switch, key turn and toilet flush Out of date PAT tests Staff - what staff? Didn't know there was a bar Shower kept going hot/cold Took about 20 minutes trying to find parking Over priced, breakfast was extra - didn't have it, went to the Plaza café on the seafront would definitely recommend
Great friendly hosts and a warm and cosy stay? would of loved to stay longer .
Liked we were left alone, cleaner was lovely. Telly worked, room was fine 4 me @ my little one! When asked 4 more coffee etc: it wasn't a problem. We enjoyed are stay.
Couple kicked Off down the corridor were quite loud, but my daughter didn't wake so all was well x
Location was good. Was quite cheap. Clean and tidy
Lack of parking. Noisey residents. Rooms where very small and basic. No wifi
Bad beds/mattresses, is on suite but so small shower very basic
Poor hospitality. Informed drive around till we find any parking. It was called a hotel. But more like guest house. Took photos of the dust on light shade and pictures. Could of got wetter tipping a cup of water over my head than the shared shower. Mattress thin and sagging. Sheets looked dirty and we found hair on them. Becuse it was a house pretending to be a hotel we heard loud tv's , noisy guests . Guests moving around the house. Over all very poor. Never to return.
didn't get made to feel welcome didn't know who ran the business didn't like not having ensuite and having to share bathroom with other guests the sheets on bed were old n bobbly
location, cost ,
rather rude lady when didnt arrive at specfic check in time, when arrived met by pleasent man though, small beds, very thin walls , poor shower.

Location in quiet part of skegness
Other guest really noisey at 8am children screaming and running up and down stairs not hotels fault but not what you want when away. Parking limited managed to get space after waiting for a while.
Off road parking
No spoon to stir coffee
the location of the hotel
no sign of any owners only to book ourselves in, noisy people shouting outside our door at 11-00 pm ,just a basic room with a bathroom when you was in there ,you could not turn around
We're it was located.
Could of been a tiny bit cleaner, found a few black hairs in the room and bathroom.
The room was comfortable and clean and we got a warm welcome.
I did think the room was expensive as the money I paid I felt should of included the breakfast and not charged ontop
Friendly welcome, great value and staff did everything they could to help
Great location, 2 minute walk to centre, parking on road (or at hotel if you get there early enough) was clean, rooms basic but nice
Rooms were really hot Checking out at 10.30am
