Savoy Park Hotel  

Everything; all the staff were friendly and helpful, my room (room 1) was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel location was perfect for me and the large car park a great bonus. Food was good, breakfast was plentiful and varied and served with a smile. All round first class hotel

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast was excellent and the location was very good.

Shower did not work, when I reported it the next morning I was advised at the desk she would advise maintenance for me andwas morre interested in giving me the bill, it was hand held and leaked everywhere. If you flushed the toilet it ran for over an hour to fill and could be heard through the door, my husband could not sleep for the noise. Tea/Coffee making facilities, my husband had to go down on his knees as the only socket was under the pedestal between the twin beds. The television was in the corner of the room which made it difficult to see from the bed at the window.

We much enjoyed the old world appeal of the place. Staff was helpful, and the food was excellent. I would happily stay there again!

Beautiful hotel, very well-located. Staff were extremely helpful, and it was no problem to arrive late, or to have our dog with us! Breakfast was good, and the nearby beach is lovely.

Very little hot water most mornings from the bathroom taps and shower.

My parents stayed as well and although they liked it they were disappointed with their room size. As they were re-decorating there was a very strong smell of paint in the corridors

The staff were more than happy to help with any queries, and the room and location was absolutely lovely.

Staff were helpful. Room was spacious and warm. Dinner was excellent, we had two course set menu. Relaxing place to stay.

Bathroom doors very heavy and noisy, almost impossible not to waken partner during the night when nature calls. Sliding doors maybe sort the problem.

Great value hotel 5 min from the centre of Ayr. The food is delicious and very reasonable, great atmosphere.

The staff were friendly helpfull and attentive. The room was well presented with a modern bathroom. Good food and a well stocked bar just right for relaxing in the evening.

Being fine £50 for smoking in the room, but my own fault for not noticing the sign.

The food - we had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel over the duration of our stay and each meal was fantastic. The staff - when they noticed we had a dog with us they moved us to a larger room. The gardens - lovely for a walk and when the sun shines I'm sure they will be even more wonderful.

The staff where brilliant and could not do enough to help. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return to this hotel.

Had trouble getting hot water in the evenings to bath the wee one.
