Staff were amazing and decor is lovely but the real bonus was the food. We ate crab cakes which could shame many thai restaurants (seriously!) for a very reasonable price and then took advantage of their two for one deal on many of their main courses. So for just under ten pounds we had two sumtuous plates of salmon in a butter sauce, leek mash to die for and summery vegetables cooked to perfection and bouncing with flavour. How they pull this off I may never know and its the best value meal I have ever had - I've eaten in many, many restaurants by the way and this was just spectacular for the money - I would happilly have payed more than double for the mains and would still be singing its praises - would go back here in a flash. Ehm, not much. Felt a little bit like the wedding reception that was on was spilling into our dining experience but didn't affect anything much.

The Savoy Park was a beautiful hotel and our family room was amazing. It had loads of floor space for our little girl to run around in and the furniture was lovely. All of the staff were really friendly and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We were impressed by the whole approach to the running of the hotel. The food was also outstanding and better than that served in hotels which are a great deal more expensive. We loved that garden and the fact that our daughter could play on the slide and swings and with "Charlie" the border collie. The whole experience far exceeded our expectations and we look forward to staying there next year.Might even have it as our wedding venue!

The Savoy Park was very centrally located and convenient to shops and beach. Facilities were very good and the restaurant served lovely food - a lot of the meals were a 2 for the price of 1 deal so we ate very reasonably. The food was hot and quickly served. Our room was lovely - large and comfortable wirh a view out of the front windows. Staff were helpful and considerate.

We very much enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in the Hotel. Staff were very attentive and friendly. We attended an event, the evening meal was fantastic, service was spot on and breakfast in the morning hit the spot. The only wee grumbles I have is regading the lighting in our room. There was no light above the main mirror in the bedroom or bathroom, making it difficult to apply make-up. Lastly, we were woken up early in the morning with the sound of glass bottles being transfered, did not expect this.

Beautiful older building. Convenient location near interesting sites (Culzean Castle, Robert Burns Heritage Park). We needed Google Map to find it- a good map provided with the booking would help.

Room excellent, staff extremely helpful Meals were reasonable and seemed well cooked but the chef could do with some presentation skills update. Food in soup plates needs to be a bit better presented. The breakfast was good except the coffee which tasted execrable like badly made powdered coffee
