Location Staff Comfort Ambience
Can't think of anything
I booked the hotel at 7 O'clock for arrival at 9 and the man on receptin put the heating on in the room ready. He was very friendly and welcoming. In fact all staff were. It was very clean and the room was lovely. Even a nice sea view. I personally think it is worth more than the 2 stars it has!
There was nothing I didn't like. Maybe a bigger shower would have been nice but they had made the best of the space available.
Everything about this hotel is very good, most pleasant place to stay.
Appartment lovely manager friendly.staff nice in dining hall.
Not to keen on night menu.
Lounge comfort, decor smart. Dined on Saturday evening, service fine and food good.
Radiators in bedroom not very hot on 5 setting. Had to go out for entertainment due to low number of guests.
Bed where so nice, rooms where very nice.
Enjoyed it all thanks
Everything was lovely. Modern refurbishment & food good too.
hotel is very clean with nice décor and the breakfast and evening meal is excellent very friendly happy staff
on a busy road so noisey at night so use ear plugs!
The hotel is a very comfortable place to stay. The rooms are pleasantly decorated with plush surroundings with excellent en-suite facilities. A good choice of food menu with presentable delicious food.
The hotel was perfectly situated for our stay, we had a wonderful view over to the beach, the rooms were very comfy and spacious, we didn't get disturbed by others in the hotel or any road noise, breakfast was super everything was catered for and the breakfast was cooked perfectly and the staff very friendly and helpful. I will be re-booking a room for our stay next year.
The only criticism was the shower in the bathroom which was over the bath it wasn't very good it sprayed in a few different directions and not very powerful, but we could just about use it.
I liked the friendliness of the staff, the decor of the hotel, the food, the room, the cleanliness.... Just all of it really.. I would definately book there again. We went for the amca Beach Race, some of the racers were in the Savoy and did an ad hoc Firework Display opposite the Hotel in the early hours. Thanks lads great show!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very friendly and helpful staff, good food and great location on sea front.
We chose Savoy due to location and rooms on recommendation from a friend and wasn't disappointed The whole hotel is good, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, beds were very comfortable, and great location close to everything Breakfast was varied and something for everyone, we had a great full cooked English breakfast, but choices to suit most people We enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back when next in Skegness Thank you to all staff for making our stay pleasant, see you again one day
No complaints everything was good
The room was spotless and very modern, the staff were excellent, we will visit this hotel again
I walk along the promenade, and I'm a big fan of neon lights.
There is only three big pubs in Skegness where you can eat and they are at night quite rowdy, but if you like fish and chips you are well catered for.
Rooms very tidy and inviting bathroom very clean perfectly white towels very friendly and polite staff overall the whole hotel was spotless and well ran and I would not find a bad word to say about my stay

the hotel was very clean, and very comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly
Im sorry to say that the breakfast was cold and the sausage was raw, apart from that the hotel was very good
The warm welcome from the friendly staff. All the useful items in the bedroom Super comfortable double bed for sound sleep Cabaret in the hotel. The ample breakfast
The old-fashioned corridors and doors with creaky floors and staircases-like going back to the 60s!
Very welcoming. Service in restaurant very well organised.Food solid but good
Decor a bit tired. Lift cranky
Food excellent .Room clean and spaces
Front Bay Windowed Room shower door only for the very slim .
The view and situation of the the hotel were exceptional.
