It was within walking distance of the place I was visiting. The beer was off and the bar prices where expensive. |

It was close to the Motorways for the trips we had to make in the North of England and was on bus reoutes and close to the nearby loca rail station of Heaton Moor and main line station of Staockport. The bed was comfy. We will be sending in a letter of concern to the Hotel about our findings about other facilities as we have known, stayed and recommended this hotel for many years The hotel was very poor in relation to the bahroom in respect of the fact that it was not clean. The Toilet was FAR TOO close to the radiator and when sitting on the toilet seat if the radiator was on it would have burned the legs of the person sitting there. The shower head was dirty and the shower curtain was also dirty. |

It was close to where I was going and easy to get to by car. I was put in a smokers room despite specifically stating that I was a non-smoker and they were unable/unwilling to relocate or refund. Unfortunately this severely impacted my enjoyment as the room did not smell nice despite leaving the windows open for the duration of our stay. Also the bedsheet, whilst being clean, had a couple of small burn holes in it. |

The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was reasonable. The lighting was very poor in the room as there was only a small overhead light. A request for table lamps or a standard lamp was ignored. |

Serving breakfast only between 7am - 8am is awful. When you come over for a break do you really want to get up at this time for your breakfast..... |
