Location & parking Very early morning noise (05:45 until 07:45) from other guests, who seemed to be mainly construction contractors, who have absolutely no awareness of anyone else in the hotel

Very friendly hotel. Room tidy and clean. Breakfast was really good, cooked just the way we like it. Nothing was too much trouble. Close to a lot of the amenities of Torquay and walking distance to the centre/beach. Bathroom on the small side, but clean and tidy so no problem.

Free wifi, substantial breakfast of value quality. Elephants - everywhere! Mismatched pictures on every wall in bedroom. Diy bathroom. Unnecessary furniture in bedroom, dried flower dust collectors.

This traditional b&b is only a couple of minutes walk from the harbour and main shopping centre. The proprietors are very warm and welcoming and it feels very much like they've invited you into their home, Great breakfast and excellent value for money.

The owners were a very nice couple and couldn't do enough for you. They provided the best breakfast I have ever had at any hotel or Guest House I have stayed at, I will certainly return there and would recommend it to friends and family.

Friendly can do attitude of te staff / owners. Excellent value for money. Would really like en-suite facilities but, having said that, the shared facilities were adequate and the lack of personal facilities was definately reflected in the price.

Great location, great price, great breakfast although I only managed to get up for one out of three of them, everything you would need for a stay in Torquay.

Oh, thats an easy one, it's got to be the BREAKFAST.Cooked to perfection. Men get an extra sausage!! And there is plenty of it.You can even choose what you like. There was one thing though....the plates were not big enough to accomadate all the food...No , that is not a complaint, just an observation. The proprietors were lovely.Easy to talk to and full of information. We will deffinatley be staying there again. The only thing for us was the mattress on the bed.Would benifit a new mattress.Everything else was brill.

Breakfast was good - included in night rate so very good value for money. Hotel smelt of stale cooking oil on entry. Room dark dull and old fashioned - too small for double and single bed. Shower room too small old fashioned and smelt of mould and damp.
