Staff were helpful and pleasant. Bar Food was of good quality, freshly cooked and nicely served. I did not eat in the restaurant as there were events there on both nights.
My room!! It was small, dark, dreary, with a great view of the bus station. So small there was no space for an arm chair, no desk where I could use my lap-top. The bed was uncomfortable. Location was not convenient for the city centre, it was neither one thing nor the other.
Very good Spa and good choice of food at breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms.
No loungers in the Spa was a real disappointment and is the only thing that would put me off returning to the hotel
Nice place close to bus and train station, very quiet
I had booked two double rooms for my partners 30th and our good friends and I explained in the booking that it was for a special occasion - the wonderful staff upgraded our room with a bottle of wine and I just couldn't fault it. This is our 3rd time staying at the best western and we wouldn't stay anywhere when we're going out in Perth !! Excellent customer service from start to finish and il will be visiting again when going Christmas shopping in December !! 5star plus
The location, the spa and the friendly staff made our mid week break enjoyable. We will certainly be back.
The swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi is excellent. Great gym too. Lovely bar meals and ideal venue for central Perth.
Layout at reception and bar. Really enjoyed the carlsberg. Staff were friendly here but less so at breakfast.
Quality of: furniture, carpets, squeaky floors, breakfast room. Modernisation is essential.
The foreign waitresses at breakfast were really friendly and efficient ... and the breakfasts were also very good!
I didn't like the fact that my bedroom windows hardly let in any fresh air. I was there when the weather was exceptionally hot for Scotland and found my room extremely hot and stuffy.
Poor breakfast (and so we didn't try the evening meal). Sausages need to taste; food needs to be warm; bread doesn't have to be cheap. Broken light bulb in room; broken window in bathroom. Badly photocopied map of town. All give very poor impression.
Staff couldn't have been more helpful in arranging an early check-in for us- the website had stated that entry to rooms would be 4pm. We were going to a wedding in the city at 3 o'clock and when I phoned, the receptionist was so helpful in arranging our special request.
Location , friendly staff , good breakfast
There was lack of electric sockets we had to move a boiling kettle to have a coffee
A friendly well Run Hotel
Steps down to Bathroom
The hotel is very central to the town of Perth and the staff was very friendly. As you would exspect from the Scots Would stay there again if I ever get back God's country. Jimmy Aird
Everything! Very pleased with our stay! Will definitely be back!
Very central location in Perth, Meals lovely, hotel facilities great and staff all very pleasant. We have stayed before and will certainly return again.
Staff were extremely nice and helpful Location was great
During my entire 3 night stay, the Wi-Fi was off-line. There appeared to be no urgency in getting it resolved. We use the internet as a means for work and family to contact us. No A/C made the rooms extremely hot and stuffy.
breakfast, staff courteousness
Wifi (did not work) Room Service (did not exist)
all the staff were nice breakfast was really good swimming pool quite wee bar at night
it was a bit further away from the centre than i thought as my wife has a bad hip and we did do a lot of walking. not a great selection from the menu at scotts restaurant
Good food Very pleasant and helpfull staff A calm atmosphere,an all round good stay.
Poor wifi,that's about it.
this is the second time in this hotel and its a great place to stay in and good breakfast
A comfortable hotel near the station at a good price
Rooms could do with a lick of paint and/or some modernisation.
Breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and clean.
reception girls so polite and helpful leisure complex very good food in scotts restaurant superb rooms spacious and spotless clean
slow bar service
Had dinner in the restaurant. I had fish and chips. It was lovely. My husband Ian, had a mixed grill, he thoroughly enjoyed it Well cooked, well priced. Would recommend the restaurant to anybody.
The room was very dated and the quilt was far too heavy for summer weather. No option of just a sheet
