The staff were very obliging and the room clean. The two for twenty meal was absolutely excellent value for money. We didn't work out the air conditioning and were too warm at night- the buses were loud and noise from them disruptive. |

I did like that it has retained some of it's charm from years gone by. It's location is perfect for shopping in Perth, Yet away from the noisy streets at night. I marked "facilities" down a point, This is due to the lack of a decent smoking area. Hotel guests are forced to enter the hotel through a huddle of freezing smokers and a fog of smoke. Most places these days make an effort to accomodate smokers away from the front door.. |

I thought the staff were very friendly and service at breakfast was excellent. Probably the shower had a bit of fiddling about to get it right. |

The food was v good and dining room staff friendly and efficient . The tv was not tuned to the right stations and sheets on both beds had black marks on them . it was also noisy in room 413 as we could hear other guests and their ' plumbing ' so has to buy ear plugs . |

It was great value for money, the food was lovely and the rooms were comfy enough. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A great location, train and bus stations right next door and the shops a 5minute walk. My boyfriend and I would definatly consider staying here again. |

We are 4 mature ladies who enjoy a city break every year. The Queens Hotel Perth we found to be welcoming, homely and friendly ideal for coach and railway connections, town attractions with excellent food and good facilities. We particularly enjoyed the Spa and will return again. Soundproofing in the bedrooms we had could have been better. Doors slamming in particular - but that may have been thoughtless guests. There was a function on the Saturday night with loud music thumping but it did not go on much after midnight so not a problem. |

Public areas were fine. Rooms and beds were in need of repair/redecoration. Bed creaked with every movement. |

The food was particularly good. The staff were not that friendly and I felt that the rooms could do with being updated. |
