Evening meal, breakfast
Bed so uncomfortable, very mismatched standard of accommodation, very pricey just not good.
Freindly and helpful staff, fresh and clean room, marvellous art works and window pane
I stayed on a Friday night, with the window open for fresh air it was a little noisy, however the bed was so comfy that I slept well
The best night sleep ive had in years!
Well located, friendly helpful staff, lovely room.
Price of drinks.
Good location, good spa treatments,
Asked when we checked in if breakfast was included, they said yes, but we got the breakfast in the morning and was told we had to pay. After speaking to the reception this was sorted....however it happened all over again the next morning.
location, location, location. the staff was superlative in all matters
Very friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel staff were very accommodating especially the front desk staff and the concierge who went above and beyond his duties. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.
Comfortable beds and pillows
Didn't find anything that didn't meet our expectations
LOVELY RIVERSIDE LOCATION GREAT TERRACE LOVELY ROOMS VERY FRIENDLY STAFF CLEAN BEAUTIFUL VIEWS
LOTS OF STAIRS(ALTHOUGH THIS IS NOT REALLY A CRITICISM AS ITS UNAVOIDABLE WITH THE DESIGN OF THIS BUILDING)
Excellent location with lovely outdoor terrace. Comfortable bed, a good nights sleep.
Very expensive even for its lovely location. When you add on breakfast and parking, it really isn't worth it. Nice room, but the sink in the bathroom was very poor. Looked like it had been painted and that was chipping off - not what I would expect for the money. Lots of stairs to the room, you really have to watch your step everywhere. I would also expect to be asked if I enjoyed my stay when I leave? Seemed pretty understaffed considering there was a wedding going on and we were also told that we couldn't sit in a certain place on the terrace when the "wedding came outside". Sorry, but I have paid my money too!
We stayed across the road from main hotel, lovely view of the river, very comfortable bed and room. The hotel is located in the perfect spot for sight seeing, I would defiantly recommend.
Great location Helpful staff especially concierge Nice bar area
Room far too small Room really warm and no fan provided Staff at breakfast never informed us that there was a breakfast menu as well as buffet so we missed out on the 1st morning. Drinks very expensive. For this reason we never ate dinner in the hotel. No extractor fan in bathroom which just added to the room being uncfomfortably hot.
Location, could not be better. Staff. Pleasant.
Food and drink, prices on the high side. This hotel is in 5 separate buildings, the first room we were shown was up 2 flights of rickety stairs and was quite gloomy. We were transferred eventually to a room that had been refurbished. If your mobility is a problem then this might not be the hotel for you.
Lovely convenient location attentive helpful & polite staff so important for a pleasant stay
Nothing to shout about
Location brilliant, overlooking the river Thames, and Windsor Castle. Breakfast was fab :-)
I had important documents needing scanning and sending to me by email - staff seemed to have problem remembering and took 24 hours to get the documents sent. Annex to main hotel - across the road top floor - not very convenient to main hotel
Everything in our room looked brand new and was very comfortable. Windsor is right on your door step.
Took along time to checkin and out!
Accommodation is very good although we were accommodated in the basement of the new building opposite the hotel. Location is excellent with easy access to Eton on the other side of the adjacent bridge Staff are very helpful
Being charged a service charge for drinks purchased at the bar Breakfast was disappointing as the fruit had run out
Location good hotel clean rooms to a high standard
Breakfast service was shocking no interst I customers had to wait for tables no hot buffet food evening restaunt hard Y any dishes available that we're on menu service not great it's definitely not worthy of being AA stared we walked out!
We stayed the one night and the room was clean and comfortable and facilities were good.
Location _ on the river Room _ well appointed Wifi_ good, no issues Food _ good quality (lunch) Room was over the road and overlooked river _ very good Staff _ very friendly and professional Parking _ had to be booked in advance, no problem once there. Spa _ good facility and equipment Hotel is really well located for all Windsor and Eton locations.
Sauna and hot tub were outside _ rain on last day put me off going to sauna. Hot tub was on the cool side of hot
the amount of stairs
