Very spacious, peaceful, good parking, very comfortable, the beds are gorgeous! Great location for touring this part of Cornwall - especially Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Since the building is on the edge of a residential area there was a street light outside our bedroom so it wasn't very dark at night.

The apartment was very well equipped for a relatively long family holiday, us being two adults and two children. The apartment is kept tidy and nice, and we did not really miss anything relevant. The location is good for moving around in Cornwall area, however a car is needed as there are basically no services within walking distance.

This was a high quality apartment which was very clean. Very spacious accomodation with all the facilities we required. Parking was on site so easy to get in and out and acces to major routes and the local town of St Austell was also excellent. Although not very close to the coast, probably a couple of miles in the car, this is still an apartment I would recommend.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Location was not good - hard to find, hard to access - had to call owner for instructions. Not near any centre for services ie shops, restaurants, attractions. A long way from the sea. Breakfast supplies unimaginative - sliced white bread and rice bubbles.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The block contains residential apartments as well as other holiday lets and overlooks the town with the bay in the distance. Breakfast is a carton of milk, a box of cereal, a few pats of butter, some jam and a small brown loaf which was not enough for a teenage family. Other apartments in this complex provide a more impressive full continental breakfast choice. The owner left the keys in the letterbox although I was parked waiting to meet him. Instructions were sent by text. I had spoken to him before I made the booking to ensure that there were single beds for my teenage children and I was assured that it is a double and two singles but I would be charged an extra £20 to have the double converted into singles. On arrival it was two doubles so I called again and was told that I could separate the beds myself or use a put up bed. I asked for the extra fee to be refunded which was reluctantly agreed to. I tried to separate the beds but there was only a 2 inch gap so I used the put up bed which involved moving a fridge out of the way in a store room to get to it. There was not enough bedding for the two singles but we made do. After leaving the owner left a voicemail to say he would be charging the extra £20 to my credit card as I had used the extra bed!! Being charged extra for making my own beds without suitable bedding is disgraceful but there has been no reply when I try to call to complain or dispute the charge. No contact details are supplied so I cannot take the matter further. Compared to other apartments in this block that I have stayed in before, this one was not as good and with poor customer service too, I shall definitely not be getting ripped off by this owner again.
