Nice rooms - ours was compact and a little quirky - our double bathroom sink/vanity unit was in bedroom and doubled up as the tea/coffee station, but it worked - ish! Comfy bed, although ours was a little high - I may have needed a step if it was any higher! I'm average height.
Great breakfast
Good location, nice walks nearby if you have time
The Norman Guest House is a friendly, family-run Victorian bed and breakfast opposite Dover Priory Train Station. It offers free parking and free Wi-Fi.

great location for a weekend break away from kids/job/...
great location for a weekend break away from kids/job/routine and time to take stock of life. We;d hoped to enjoy visiting the local beach and do some coastal walks ........ but the persistent horizontal rain put paid to that so fortunately we'd brought some sporty gear so could make good use of the gym. The property charges £10 for being shown the equipment in the gym ( compulsory ) which i did think a little cheeky but if it prevents time-wasting and meaning the gym is only being frequented by people actually wanting to use it then maybe its a good thing

Booked a room at the hotel , went to check in to find out we were double booked and no room at Hotel. was put in a caravan, a dirty caravan with so many spiders on the ceiling. Staff weren't helpful or apologetic at all. Facilities weren't nice restaurant had stains all over carpet. Not a good place to keep kids entertained. Really needs some money put into site.

We had to charge room in the middle of the night as there was a baby crying for 2 hours. I called the security manager (John) and he assisted us. He checked to see if there was any rooms available. We changed room and the service was amazing. I checked out late too.

The site is nice and the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The on site restaurant is ok although choice is limited for main meals. The first day no breakfast was available as the chef was sick. So we had to drive into Dover. It mucked up our schedule a bit but not the end of the world. Great location for exploring. The South Forland lighthouse is worth a visit. A little trek to get there from the road, but worth it. The main promenade of Dover is ok and also the same with Folkstone. Visit Samphire Hoe just between Dover and Folkstone. Beautiful scenery, the pebbly beech and the amazing cliffs right in front of you.

The hotel is a part of a larger camping area with mobilhomes around. Surroundings are fine but nothing really special for a camping of this sort. Nice calm place in a village. The room was decent, of a decent size and clean, nothing bad to say. The restaurant serves decent English breakfast with variations and option at a reasonable price. The bar is a typical village pub with locals watching footbal at the evening.
Reasonable room and strong hot shower in room. The resort's nice pool, sauna and jacuzzi weren't too busy at our visit and free to use for Hotel guests. Prompt helpful service from security when we misplaced keycard. The classic Dover Cliffs walk is easily reachable (10 mins on foot to the quieter lighthouse end) from the resort i.e. no need to use the National Trust car park and its ripoff fees.
The location of this hotel is great for access to the car ferry and eurotunnel, only a 5 minute drive into Dover. The hotel is clean, spacious room with tea/ coffee making facilities which we find important. There is an on site restaurant which serves lovely meals, you won't leave the table hungry!! We didn't have breakfast so can't comment.
Overall we would recommend this hotel/ resort.
The Room is in hotel part of the holiday park. The park has many facilities of meals, bar, which is useful. Can pay to get a pass to use other facilities of the park such as pool and evening entertainment.
Good location to explore area, not far from areas of interest. Ideal location to visit Cliffs of Dover, Dover Harbour and St Margaret's cliffs etc. Room was comfortable.
I booked a 4 night stay in the hotel with my daughter because we were visiting family and it’s location is central to them all. We just used it as a base to sleep and shower although we did use the pool and bar once. It was reasonably priced, basic but clean and beds were reasonably comfy. We like St Margaret’s as an area.
Very clean and spacious hotel room, plenty of sockets and warm. Heating was on ready for our arrival including entrance and corridors. Lots of hotels have been switching heating off so it was lovely to walk into a warm room after a tiring day driving.
location is fantastic, the food was really good especially breakfast. the main part of the hotel room was clean, modern and well equipped. friendly staff.
