Overlooking the Moray Firth, Seaview Lodge is an elegant 4 bedroom detached stone-built holiday home. The house is located just 1 minute walk from the sandy beach and seashore. Guests benefit from free WiFi and private parking is available on site. Each of the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms have been refurbished and decorated in a color scheme of sea-spray and sand. The upstairs sitting room has a sea view and a large screen TV with the full Sky Sports package. A dishwasher, an oven and a microwave can be found in the kitchen. Guests enjoy complimentary membership of the Golfview Hotel Leisure Club and Spa. Located directly opposite Seaview Lodge, Leisure Club membership offers access to the swimming pool, hot tub, gym and tennis courts for up to six adults plus their children. Seaview Lodge is less than three hundred yards from the Nairn Golf Club Championship course, with attractions such as Cawdor Castle, Culloden Battle-field, Fort George and Royal Brackla Distillery being within a 12 mi radius. Seaview-Lodge, a stunning 4 bedroom holiday home in Nairn on the east coast of the Highlands of Scotland, lives up to its name; idyllically nestled beside the sea- shore, it commands breath-takingly dramatic views of the Moray Firth and the hills of the Black Isle beyond. An elegant and attractive two storey detached house, it is only a 15 minute drive from Inverness Airport and just one minute’s walk from the beautiful sandy beach , so perfect for the classic bucket and spade holiday. It is also ideal for golfers as it is only a 2 minute walk from Nairn Golf Club’s Championship course; a superb base for an active family holiday; for touring the Highlands; or for simply relaxing in a truly family focussed home. Moreover, the 4 star Golf View Hotel and Leisure Club is diagonally opposite and guests can enjoy complementary membership of the Leisure Club during their stay, with its swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room, outdoor Jacuzzi and tennis courts.
We have travelled all over the world but our favourite destinations would have to be Argentina, Italy and of course, Nairn. We have lived here for 23 years, since we got married and in fact brought up our 2 children in Seaview Lodge, when it was a private house. So often our children beckoned us to the front gate to see the breath-taking sunsets and the dolphins jumping in the Moray Firth. We live nearby still and could never envisage being far away from Nairn for too long, as this area and in particular this house , is a tonic for the body, the mind and the soul!
Nairn is all about its stunning coastal location in the Highlands of Scotland but close to Inverness and its airport.Whatever the weather, residents of Nairn and visitors will head for a walk along the Victorian promenade stretching from the Nairn Golf Club to the quaint Harbour and River Nairn. East Beach and West Beach- difficult to say which is better- are separated by the pier , around which are 3 restaurants all with outdoor seating and sea views. It's a cliche but Nairn really does cater for everyone- golfers, cyclists. swimmers , young families and older people not to mention those who use it as a base to explore the beautiful scenery of Scotland. Those looking for crazy night-life ( although there is a night-club!) might be disappointed ;those craving relaxation , contentedly occupied children , some competitive sport or just wanting to chill will find this area hard to beat!
