Proximity to Eurotunnel & Hythe centre which meant we could have a nice dinner out then get to bed early to get up at 4am to catch the train to France!
The steps down to the bathroom were a bit dangerous in the middle of the night!
We were pleasantly surprised with Seabrook House. The beds were fine, coffee/tea available in the room, full continental or cooked breakfast, friendly staff, quiet room and house. Overall great value for money. We were 2 couples. I'd highly recommend driving to grab a meal at Kings Head, High St.
For the price there are no complaints at all.
Free upgrade to honeymoon suite Friendly staff Great breakfast Good well lite car park
Nothing not to like
near to where we wanted sea view room was fine
staff not very helpful booked as bb but then had to pay for breakfast, bread was moldy at breakfast table, not good
Good staff commitment. Overall a very good impression.
The rooms heating was not operational. I was unable to operate any radiator controls.
squidgy beds and lovely big room was a treat, breakfast lots of cereal / fruit choice. we're vegans and owner made a special trip out to get soya milk for us.
nothing. only surprised more people werent there.
Manager was so help full and cheerful happy to help with everything and anything a return visit is a must. We were lucky enough to have the room called the view and wow what a view with balcony great value for money great food
There was nothing wrong with our visit
Location good for tunnel. Clean room.Parking good. We were put in the turret room which was a very good size.
There were some interesting smells around the property. Strong bleach smell on the bed linen which was off putting. Tea making products were very cheap brand and weren't very drinkable.
We were only staying one night and it suited our needs well. The photos don't do it justice. It's a nice house, clean and comfy, with friendly helpful staff.
There really wasn't anything to like about this hotel.
Firstly I was in a small room separate from the main building with no TV and the shower didn't work. After another guest complained we were moved to his room thinking it would be bigger and better but it was dirty, mouldy and damp with holes in the walls, food on the floor and even a pair of dirty old shoes under the bed. It was late and me and my 5 year old son had little choice but to stay. I feel totally cheated out of sixty quid.
Shower very mouldy with hardly any water coming from shower head. Overall needs some refurbishment, don't know where the 4 stars come from
Ever thing from the friendliness , the breakfast , the room comfort , to much to mention . Èxcellent !
The warm welcome, the room and the lovely breakfast. Lovely location with ample parking.
I have booked the room thru my account on booking.com for my guest from sweden so the money has been held by you but still not been released even though my guest paid it from her swedish card at the reception which is a big shame for that place to make me get proof of the payment from my guest when she went back to sweden!!!!"embarrassing" well ive been blamed by the staff of the hotel with trying to get my money back in a dodgy way and had to call you and the hotel 3 times each to explain the situation then of course the parment appears on my c/card statement as a debit which i have to pay it end of the month so you tell me what should i do about this its just a dreadful experiance n im sooo pissed offffff!!!!!!!!
Stunning area, great, comfortable and clean accommodation, good breakfast and a friendly helpful hostess - we couldn't ask for more. Booked for one night, stayed for four!
Nothing at all.
I liked everything which is why I decided to come back again. The Turret room is very spacious, the view is amazing and the staff are very friendly.
It was perfect for what we needed. Somewhere quite, comfortable and clean.
Friendly staff, nice room, clean and quiet. Nice breakfast. Close to the sea and the hill. Everything was excellent. Definitely worth visiting!
Cozy location. Welcoming staff. Great breakfast. Spacious accommodation.
