Very friendly little hotel, easy to get to, very good breakfast, quiet and clean room, also very good for short stays, back of the building a good place to park the motorcycle

Enjoyed the four poster bed in the Turret Room! Broken shower pipe was fixed same day. Had to leave urgently and weren't charged for the night we missed - thank you

Longish walk Into Hythe town.

I arrived late and I liked that my key was left for me with a little note. A member of staff popped her head out to check I was ok too! Nice sized single room, clean and warm.

The location was good and the bed was extremely comfortable.

However I never saw any staff. When I checked it there was no one in reception and no one there again when I checked out. Unfortunately there was no hot water in the shower but it didn't matter as there was hot water in the sink. Athough would have preferred a shower.

Broken window;Shower not wroking properly;English breakfast very bad and had to wait 15 minutes in the lounge as not enough space for breakfast,Have to ask for clean glasses;ask for toast;ask for orange juice as no more on buffet....etc......

The receptionist was pleasant, as indeed was the building, on the whole. I didn't feel that Hythe town had very much to offer considering we were there on a Friday night.

The shower door fell off (Room 9) when I went to have a shower and I could have been injured! One of the windows was extremely difficult to close. My partner managed to close it eventually - there was a cold draught coming into the room.

Thought the decor was old fashioned.

Location for euro tunnel.

The room was cold, the radiator didn't work and we had to put 2 extra heaters on to warm the room up. The only person we saw was the person who provided breakfast, she was very efficient seeing as she was on her own.

It was clean and big. And staff was friendly.

There was no hot water because the tap was broken. There was no heating and it was freezing and being a family room with young children it should of been warm!

Paid extra for breakfast when I checked in but wasnt told it didnt start until 8.00 pm which meant we could only have continental but as there was no one around there was no tea, coffee etc. and everything else very limited which we had to find ourselves in the fridge in the dining room.

Shower didn't drain properly, shower door was not sliding-was broken. No heat in the room.

The fact that the bread, milk, juices and fruit from breakfast were still there. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was freezing as the heating was not working. There was no-one to greet us on arrival.

This is the worst run B&B in uk,room 3 ,1 light out of 3 worked the other 2 caked in spiders Webb,No cold water shower didn't work had 2 spiders there ,toilet can't stay up .tv / radio useless ,kettle dirty ,pillows flat as pancake bed dreadful,NO heating at all,when I pointed this out the lady said "well no one else has ever complained"BREADFAST waited waited got 2 old fried eggs /warm beans tea undrinkable it was grey yes grey ,attention to details is totally missing ,I feel conned .please dont made my mistake book elsewhere.

Great room, bigger than my house! Lovely setting close to the sea - I wish we had stayed longer but it was only for an overnight before the chunnel

Very noisy. Could hear all the lift machinery and the showers/toilets from other rooms. A bit more sound-proofing required

The room itself was huge, and a fully equipped kitchen, which for a one night stay is not needed.

The shower did not work! The beds are old and need improvement. For £120 per night I would expect both to be at least OK.

Comfortable accomodation, attractive setting.

Have stayed before with no problems but this time I had to wait 40 minutes before lady arrived with shopping to give me a key to a room. The tv did not work, cold water only in the bathroom sink.

1) Not exactly welcoming staff. I stood in lobby for nearly ten minutes before someone bothered to notice me. In fact the lady who attended me had been out, and was just returning. Had I not booked beforehand I would have left. 2) Who ever heard of a cooked breakfast with no eggs? 3) No wi-fi, in spite of what might be claimed

No heating in my room-no water in my shower-had to shower next door which was also cold no heating not even in the towel rail!!!

It was clean and comfortable
