The friendliness, ease of check in, guaranteed reservations for dinner, location, breakfast, staff
Maybe a better tv.

Sticky dining tables Noisy kitchen fans outside bedroom window.
The Bed, not comfy
Could not fault anything at Seacroft friendly staff , good location , great food and lovely accommodation . Very lively with a good atmosphere !!!
Very well presented small hotel with excellent food. Bar good but very expensive.
Room was tiny for price paid, I travel a lot & this was the most disappointing room I have every stayed in, I have stayed in hotel with a similar price where the bathroom has been larger, don't expect a hot breakfast if you are up before 8.00am , very poor.
Room was very clean and modern, bed lovely and comfy. Lovely coastal walk around hotel.
We were expecting to stay in Holyhead so it took us quite a while to locate property. Disappointed that so many meals were unavailable in restaurant.
Nice rooms, restaurant lively but food and service still very good.
Frustrating not to be able to get on line as my husband was on business.
That when I arrived, even though they were very busy, they attended me straight away. Lovely room and good food. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Petty. my toast got served ten minutes before my fry for breakfast.
Private parking space in front of the house. The staff was friendly.
The room was worn. The room we were shown had directly in front of the window the noisy extractor fans from the kitchen. We complaint and got a quiet room. The bed was not comfortable at all. The landing was used as a storage room. The price for the room was far too high.
I was greeted well upon my arrival and booking was easy. I enjoyed a very good meal, the breakfast was good as well and I found the room well equipment and comfortable. A nice evening and morning walk to the coast - even went on the beach.
The WiFi did not work initially, although member of staff sorted this out. But it was a slow service.
Nice place, clean, helpful staff
Looks very tired from the outside, but is a total contrast to the bar, room etc which was modern and clean
Good room, excellent location and food of very high standard.
The room was very comfortable. Good location for the beach.
The food was a bit pricey, nothing very special. The hairdryer didn't work. Noisy on the corridor outside the room. The staff were a bit brusque on arrival.
The position of the hotel was good for our travelling plans. The size of the room and bathroom were excellent.
We couldn't have the window open at night because we were at the back and had the extractor fans from the kitchen/bar areas just outside.
Fresh and clean modern facilities. Lovely room with a good shower.
No aircon, room was stifling! Menu ran out of items Windows in room not secure Tv awful kept pixellating etc
Excellent service. Friendly staff and good food. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.
Car park nice walks in both directions. Good food in pub for both breakfast and dinner
Very hot in attic room. Requested fan which we got, but I did mention that the fans should be in all the rooms.
Only 5 mins from the port. Lovely beach Very relaxing location
Standard of food was first class and staff v helpful
Good location. Room very comfortable
Locality, closeness of beach, great breakfast and friendly staff.
Unable to sit out in the sun on the flat roof / balcony with no outdoor furniture and it could be extended out wards
The room was small and basically an attic room with the ceiling height restricted and sloping by roof rafters which resulted in quite a hefty bruised head after two days! Restaurant staff wouldn't substitute French fries for potatoes at my request for a Beef meal (Bar staff couldn't understand why when paying my bill). Really not worth the £196 for two days when plenty of B&B much cheaper withy larger rooms. Trearddur Bay Hotel offers more luxury rooms for same special offer prices as we enquired in that hotel on the day we were leaving the bay area.
