Food was fantastic, staff really helpful, room was good
WiFi wouldn't work
Breakfast cooked to order
Food excellent, room very comfortable although heating did not come on - but room was not cold. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. All in all a "grand" experience.
The food Gorgeous rooms Peace and quiet The walks The beaches I just felt really comfortable and looked after
Staff were helpful and polite and food served was excellent if a little pricey !
The bedroom had a very draughty window and as the weather was very rough it spoiled the ambience !!! Tv signal was rubbish continually breaking up and no bbc available .
Good food good atmosphere lovely rooms
Very hot in rooms
Everything was perfect, fine service, fantastic seafood, bay is delicious. I will be back here necessarily
Fantastic location, choice of food, helpful friendly staff
Creaky floorboards, sound travelled easily from restaurant
We could not fault this hotel - in a very quiet location, furnishing and fitting of a very high standard, decor delightful, food excellent, staff extremely friendly, helpful and courteous, we would highly recommend the Seacroft and use it again should we stay on Anglesey.
Cosy clean room.food excellent.
Drinks a little pricey but not over the top
great hotel, great food, good menu and very well cooked. we would certainly stay again and call in for lunch / diner if we were in the area.
Liked the attached restaurant, the fact that the establishment was located within walking distance of the sea and the staff was very friendly. Very clean.
Room was located at the end of the bldg, so as the roof slanted, so did the room's ceiling, which meant one had to be very careful when walking not to slam one's head into the ceiling. Wi-fi was pretty well useless.
The comfort, accomodation, helpfulness. Of staff and seaside location
Stairs to accomodation
The food was good
The floor in our bedroom creaked and so did the bed. The decoration in bedroom was tired, flies in dining room, sticky tables, dead flowers in putrid water on tables. Bath Panel water stained, no ventilation in bedroom apart from French Door. Enough said!
Great location for Holyhead Port. Lovely meal.
Decor a bit tired in places. Could do with a lick of paint.
Staff were very efficient Food was excellent in the evening Crisp cotton bedding Great shower Good breakfast
The room rate of £98 was a little high as the room has slopping ceiling, cracked tiles in bathroom, small TV, and general ambiance. Breakfast was interrupted several times by the coffee machine, when it is banged loudly to get the coffee out, can this have a rubber attachment to dull the noise as it was very loud each time! Clear other tables quickly after breakfast, as not very nice to look at food on the floor from young child and messy tables.
Breakfast,comfortable bed,Shower Excellent
Space,a couple of loose fittings broken door handle, bathroom light not Woking ,out of date info regarding wifi code from welcome pack,Expensive room rate overall
Perfect location, friendly helpful staff. lovely seaside feel room with comfy big bed and great shower room. Tasty dinner.
The friendliness, ease of check in, guaranteed reservations for dinner, location, breakfast, staff
Maybe a better tv.
Good parking Close to beach Room decor pleasant
Sticky dining tables Noisy kitchen fans outside bedroom window.
Great location by the sea, and nice interior. Relaxed atmosphere.
terrible staff, poorly trained, unfriendly and minimal effort. The breakfasts were basic. The room was adequate, but a £75 per night room, not £98.
I liked that the room was very clean and comfy. Its right beside the beach which was lovely when we stayed as weather was good also. Its within a 5minute drive to Holyhead Port which was ideal for us. Only stayed one night here but would definatly stay for longer next time.
Only things i didnt like was wifi didnt work at all for us and the telly kept freezing so was impossible to watch anything.
Bay and beach wete great
The staff were particilarly arrogant especially in the restaurant. When asked if everything was ok and I replied with 'actially no....' They turned away and refused to speak...? The tables were sticky with food and debris and even when asked to be cleaned it was half hearted and still sticky in places. The evening meal was ok but nothing special... Certainly not as good as they appear to think it is. Upon retiring to the rooms we we kept awake by noisy staff on their breaks directly outside the bedroom windows. The next morning we came for breakfast to a sticky table again and seats that were covered in food from the previous night. Not a great place a pleased it was only one night.
