Score from 113 reviews
“ Our whole experience at seacroft was !st class. On arrival the staff were warm and friendly, and this continued throughout the stay. Our room was very clean light and airy with all facilities we might have needed. We had dinner in the bar at night and the food was excellent. We will definately stay here again. ”

In Trearddur Bay, on the stunning coast of the Isle of Anglesey, the Seacroft is a pub restaurant with rooms, offering free Wi-Fi, superb locally sourced food and a cosy traditional bar. The Seacroft has received a 5-star rating from Visit Wales in its Restaurant with Rooms category. There are 6 individually decorated rooms, each with their own unique charm and each named after one of the beautiful beaches on Anglesey. Each room has a flat-screen TV, Egyptian cotton bed linen and a modern bath or shower room. The Superior Double Rooms have small private balconies. With a roaring log fire for the cooler months, and an outside deck for the warmer months, the Seacroft is a great place to sit back and relax in stylish and comfortable surroundings. The menu uses only the finest, freshest, locally sourced seasonal produce. The lobster comes from Trearddur Bay itself, from a boat based just a few hundred yards away. Mussels come from the nearby Menai Strait, which separates the island of Anglesey from the mainland of Wales. Loved the location, situated at one side of the bay, friendly staff and excellent food. We paid a little extra for a superior room which was very nice, the only thing we would criticise is that the mattress was too soft.

Relaxed atmosphere, excellent service, good food, friendly environment, peace and quiet, beautiful places to visit. The noise from the extraction fan from the kitchen on the roof during the day and evening, otherwise absolutely great!

The staff was friendly, good food. the bed was very uncomfortable, narrow and unstable. The floor on the second floor was old and at every step you feel like the building is going to fall down. Very much overpriced!!!

The staff were very friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. The bedrooms/bathrooms were smart, clean, well decorated and in pristine condition. There was a good selection of food available on the menus, which when served, was of good quantity and quality. The substantial breakfast was also appreciated by our party. One of the reasons why we chose the Seacroft was because it was in an ideal position for us to explore the local coastal and countryside walks, what we did not realise was just how beautiful Trearddur Bay was itself. On leaving there was a discrepancy with the bill, but this was quickly and efficiently amended. Only one minor point, which certainly would not stop us from staying at the Seacroft again. Movement around the bedroom was a little restricted in places due to the sloping roof.

The staff were exceptional this hotel is more of a large restaurant & bar with rooms than an ordinary hotel so the hotel guests have no facilities other than those open to the general public but this was not a problem at this time of year because apart from saturday night it was very quiet

staff were very good and the food in the evening was excellent. It was also nice that the rooms had there own entrance so you didnt have to walk through the pub. we didnt like the sloping ceilings in the bed room as we are both tall and felt we had to duck all the time. Also we dont like all our food served in bowls as every time you put your knife and fork down in slipped into your food. The breakfast was very good on the first morning not so good on the second as it was only warm.
