Cancellation
If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 3 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Our skilled head chef creates dishes to suit all tastes, varying with the seasons to take advantage of the best of local produce. Our service manager will ensure that table service is discreet but attentive, and will be happy to assist with your choice of meal or wine.
2 suites, the Salmon and Trout, offer bedrooms with king size beds and separate living rooms for space to stretch those legs. They are ideal as family accommodation.
7 twin rooms (superior and standard) offer a value for money option for single sex groups prepared to share (popular with fishers and golfers). Ideal for couples or singles wanting their own space.
4 double rooms (superior and standard) convert well to accommodate an extra person on a Z bed. First choice for romantics and cuddlers.
Many bathrooms are wet rooms, while suites offer a relaxing spa bath.
Here you can golf, fish for salmon, white water raft, take walks amid spectacular scenery, enjoy the Highland Games and follow the Whisky Trail.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful to the guests. There was a family atmosphere and the owners were obviously trying to ensure a "customer first" attitude from their employees. |

food was excellent. Service was very good. Place was quiet and very nice surrounding area. There was no hot water when we got to the hotel. We had to ask for the heating tobe switched on. The staff had said the boiler had been reset and the heating and water would be on in 1/2 an hour, which it was. However, there was no hot water in the morning? The rooms need a bit updating. The shower over the bath did not work. |

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The food is gourmet and of the correct portion size (not tiny!!!) The room suite was very nice, claen & tidy with outstanding views. The location in Grantown is good for fishing, skiing, and walking with the mountain backdrop, whilst still able to provide a sociable "nightlife" with a few nice pubs and restaurants. |

We were upgraded to the best suite for no additional cost. The suite was very luxurious, and the staff / owners were very friendly, helpful and unobtrusive. The food was lovely, especially the included breakfast. |
