Good, quiet location but close to shops, restaurants in Hove. Excellent that you park car for stay, huge plus. Very generous complimentary drinks and snacks. Would stay again. Very good value |

Nice big room, plenty of towels, comfortable bed No-one to check you in - done remotely via a phone. No-one to check you out until after 8am - therefore no good for business travellers. Front porch light stayed on all night and blinds in room did not block out the light. |

The breakfast was good. Service was good. Hotel room was classed as luxury. It was not luxury but adequate. Room was a bit small to be luxury. Paint etc was tired. |

Breakfast room was pleasant and breakfast was very good The room was too small, no chairs to sit on, mirror on wall was too low to be useful and we are average height. The sink was situated in such a position that you could not sit on the loo in comfort, and many of the floor tiles were cracked and were filled in with a black rubber compound which unfortunately made it very unwelcoming. |

Basic but clean and comfy. The little extras in the room made it really nice.Breakfast was good and the service of the staff was good. Although we got the room at last minute prices,it was overpriced for what it was.I would have been disappointed had i paid full rates. |

the location was fantastic for us. we had a car and although it was at times difficult to find a street park, Seafield House were very accommodating by providing parking permits which was so appreciated. Breakfast was fantastic and the hosts were so warm and welcoming! |

The hotel breathes the cosiness of a B&B and is situated in a silent street with only the sound of sea-gulls. We loved the variety of little restaurants in the area and the approx. of the Hove train station. |

The hotel room, Brunswick, was lovely - very clean, spacious and up to date. The wine, chocolates, coke, nuts and biscuits went down very well!! The breakfast was lovely. The hotel was situated right in the centre of Hove and only about a 15 minute walk away from Brighton. I would definiltey stay again. |

Not very much! Full English breakfast was ok apart from the extremely small and funny tasting sausages! Unfortunately we booked two nights and wished we hadn'T. Room was supposed to be luxurious with "the wow factor". Was small, dingy, bathroom and toilet extremely cramped. Asked to change rooms but none available. Not suitable for a larger person, even worse if there are two large people. This is not an hotel, but a backpacker style guest house.Unsure how some reviewers actually give it an ok... |

Staff were excellent and accommodating. Services like Internet and borrowing a phone charger was no problem. Free parking opposite the hotel. Walking distance to the beach. Fair distance to the city centre but fine if you want to see the sights! Wouldn't recommend if you're not fit/a walker! Room had lots of complimentary drinks/snacks - brilliant. Damp smelling towels - but that was the only downside!! |

The guest house was a short walk from the seafront (5 mins), around a 40 minute walk from Brighton pier and only £6.50 by Taxi. Complimentary drinks and chocolates were replenished daily and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a lovely room with a real homely feel and free parking was a bonus and a rarety in Brighton. lots of shops, bars and restauraunts near the hotel. Shower room was a bit too small. |

The staff were welcoming, the room was comfortable with nice touches. Free parking was a bonus. The local area is a bit run down but within walking distance of Brighton centre. |

The room was very large, bright and modern. Nice selection of food for breakfast and the staff were very helpful and cheerful. Venetian blinds on the window - let in too much light at night. |

The owner and staff were very polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything in the room was complimentary, including the 2 small bottles of wine. 15 mins walk aling the seafront if you're going to the Brighton Centre. |

Very nice hotel, certainly for it's price. Staff was very helpfull and friendly with a personel touch. Friend of mine is vegetarian and she just had to ask and the English breakfast was adapted to her needs. The breakfast itself was p e r f e c t ! Greetings from Belgium!! Hotel is not in the centre of town...not to be negative. But keep that in mind, when you don't want to use a car, bus or taxi...We didn't have a problem with it...we've had a very pleasant stay in Brighton and will most certainly return. |

Unlike some hotels, everything in the rooms worked - radio,fridge,bed-side lamps,TV, etc.,although it did take me until the following day to figure out how to use the DVD player. My own fault - I should have asked. Bathroom was a bit small. The fire alarms in all the rooms went off at 6.30 on the Tuesday morning and there was no staff around. We forgot to ask why they went off (probably someone smoking in their room - which isn't the hotels fault) |

The hotel was in an excellent location - close to the seafront and only 20 minutes walk to Brighton centre, with a number of restaurants in the next street. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and homely I would recommend the hotel and stay there again myself. |

The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. I loved the little extras - wine, chocolates, cola & water in our room. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in when visiting Brighton/Hove. The hotel is very clean & the breakfast was great! Parking was reserved for us opposite the hotel, this was great as parking can be a nightmare. |
