I liked the cosy feel to this place, all your necessary comforts were seen to. The room was everything we could need for our short stay. The breakfast area was a complete surprise and we were very impressed with the layout and service. I didn't particularly dislike anything...but was a bit shocked when the room service lady came into our room without knocking, considering we were both in our b-day suits...hee hee. It was not a problem though, just glad (for my sake) that it wasnt a man...!!! |

The room was spacious and clean... the fan in the room helps with white noise needed to sleep... the breakfast was wonderful - good chef on staff. It was a nice break from the noisier areas in Brighton. |

The staff were very friendly, the room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. The bathroom was so cramped for space that it was almost impossible to sit on the loo! |

This is the kind of small hotel/B&B that all others should base themselves on. Excellent customer service, great rooms and superb finishing touches. The complinentary chocolates and wine in the rooms was the icing on the cake. Would i stay here again? Definitely. Superb. |

great hotel about 20 mins walk from brighton pier parking a nightmare. Call the hotel before to organise a permit. if not stay in the car park round the corner, only £3.60 for 9 hours but is thats after 6 then it takes you up to 9 am |

Nice big room, plenty of towels, comfortable bed No-one to check you in - done remotely via a phone. No-one to check you out until after 8am - therefore no good for business travellers. Front porch light stayed on all night and blinds in room did not block out the light. |
