Opposite Blackpool Pleasure Beach, this small, family-run guest house has clean, modern en suite bedrooms with a flat-screen TV, and includes a full English breakfast cooked to order. The welcoming Seaforth Guest House is in a quieter area of Blackpool, a few minutes from the seafront, piers and Pleasure Beach Train Station. The South Promenade and sandy beach are a few minutes' walk away, and the town centre and Blackpool Tower can be reached by tram or bus. the lady was very nice and friendly,also put me and my husband in the family room were we was staring for a week so we had more room.

The staff at the guest house were very accomodating in taking our bags early and having our room ready before check-in time for us. Even allowed us to leave our bags on the sunday after check-out until we were ready to leave Blackpool. The room we had was well laid out and very comfy and breakfast was excellent giving as a great start to our day. The only one thing was that the room we were in the shower leaked outside but we only had to put a towel down.

A real home from home, we were made to feel very welcome in a relaxed friendly atmosphere, the room was large and bed comfertable. The breakfasts were good. Great location for the pleasure beech close by and the trams (&buses) available accross the road. We had a brilliant time.

Seaforth is diagonally opposite the new Big Blue hotel and as such is ideally situated for the Pleasure Beach - although it's a 5 minute walk to the main entrance since they went all theme park and closed the back gates. 2 minutes walk to the nearest tram stop or the beach. 1 minute walk to the railway station. The bed was very comfortable, and though the furniture was basic the room was wonderfully clean. Shower room new and spotless. Quiet location. Would happily stay there again. No open wi-fi, there were wifi points but all pay and not ones I had an account with.

We liked everything about Seaforth Guest House, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable firm bed, coffee facilities, on-suite bathroom. The breakfast was lovely and more than enough. We were asked every morning if we would like anything else afterwards so looking at other reviews if 1 piece of toast wasn't enough you can always ask for more. We also liked that we had our own key as I stayed for my birthday which we went out for a couple drinks and came back late on. I would definitely recommend Seaforth guest hotel, the price was great and so is the place, location and staff. If there had to be something it would have to be the noise from other guests with small children keeping us up 11-12 at night but children shouldn't be up at that time of night anyway.

Generous with towels, clean bathroom, plenty of hot water. Giving your own key which was great. I suppose you get what you pay for. Okay if your only staying one night. Wi-fi not easy to access, slow and kept disconnecting, hair in breakfast every morning, mattress uncomfortable, my partner kept falling out of bed. Breakfast was okay, not very generous with toast, we got one slice each, which was not enough for my man's appetite. You could hear kids talking through walls, not great at half 11 at night.

very friendly welcome by owner, bedroom lovely and clean with good decor. fab breakfast with lots of choice. glad there was parking. if i'm going to be really picky then the bed would make a clunk noise everytime i moved and a teaspoon had been used

Quite simply - everything! Very caring staff, excellent breakfasts and couldn't be closer to the train station. Great value for money and we will definitely be back!

The Seaforth Guest House is well run and welcoming. The facilities are basic, but clean and well presented. The breakfast was excellent. Our stay was good value for money. We would be happy to return.

Really happy with hotel - owner was very welcoming, good location just off South Promenade & breakfast was lovely. I stayed in the small double room which still had lots of wardrobe and drawer space for our clothes and a good sized bathroom. No complaints whatsoever about this hotel :)

Very welcoming staff and very friendly. Breakfast was very nice. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Location of guest house very good and close to pleasure beach rides. Overall very nice. Worth every penny.
