Have stayed at seaham hall numerous times over the past few years but after 2 stays last year we swore we wouldnt go back . Bad service and grubby rooms . Decided to give it another go and was pleasantly surprised . Not yet up to how it was a few years ago but certainly better than last year and would probably go again if the price was right . Stayed in room 4 and although was greatly improved since last time still a little below the price warrants . No table suitable for eating breakfast at . A little grubby around the pool area but outside spa's improved. Rockliffe hall was by far the better hotel last year but now could be persuaded to choose seaham hall depending on price .

I travelled with my husband for a cold play concert And spent the morning in the spa and had a treatment which was excellent We had lunch in the hotel which was superb. The hotel were very helpful and arranged a taxi to and from the concert which Given the extreme weather conditions was spot on. I would Definately stay again .
