A very minor criticism would be that the central heating had not quite caught up with the Autumnal drop in temperature in the mornings and evenings, and the hot water in the bathroom took a long time to run hot.
The premises are spacious while retaining a homely cosiness, everything clean and bright with well chosen decorations and pictures. We had a nice comfortable room with a good bed and two chairs with plenty of smart, clean bedroom furniture. Plenty of incidentals such as tea bags, coffee and biscuits with a good working kettle were provided in the price. The bathroom was spacious with a good sized bath and supplied with plenty of shampoos, soaps and similar incidentals.
The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfasts very well prepared, generously proportioned and served promptly. The selection of breakfast menu is firmly based in British customs.
The location of the hotel is excellent, easily accessed if you know how. SatNav is not a good guide in our experience as it does not seem to locate the premises properly and if followed would take you into a very difficult 'corner' indeed. Drive west along the seafront to the end, turning right onto North Parade. Then turn left at the roundabout (before reaching The Grand) to go up Church Walks (one way); Sefton Court is on your right.
The parking is slightly tight, but the absence of on-site car parking in most (or all?) of the other hotels and guest houses in Llandudno obviously gives Sefton court an advantage.
