The staff were very helpful, breakfast was excellent and on site parking was a bonus in Llandudno. The time slot for breakfast was 09:00 to 09:30 which was a bit limited, we would have preferred breakfast earlier.

The Sefton is a comfy family run bed and breakfast in a delightful victorian detached house that has beautiful ornate ceilings/cornice in the lounge & dinning room .We stayed in one of the superior bedrooms (no 4) with the oblong bay window that had two comfy chairs & coffee table to enjoy the great views over the west shore & town. The breakfast was substancial with a good selection of self service fruit & cereal in addition to the cooked breakfast; I can reccomend the fresh poached eggs. The Sefton has private parking spaces a rare thing in parts of LLandudno & the car didnt leave this spot throughout our stay as we found all attractions within walking distance. The Sefton is well placed for getting on the great Orme tramway which is just a short walk away on Church Walks. Just a note for less abled visitors Llandudno is hilly & the Sefton has numerous steps up to the front door. We enjoyed a tasty Italian meal at La Taverna at the end of Chuch Walks & a visit to the Fish Tram Chips restaurant is a must for good service fresh lightly battered fish & yummy hot chocolate. The tv could be bigger for such a large bedroom. The bathroom would benefit from a tiled floor. The shower head adjustment bar clip was mended by gaffer tape & could not be adjusted.

The room size was very generous and the staff friendly. The food choice was good and the cooked breakfast fresh and tasty. The glasses we used in the room were not changed all week. The television was far too small for such a big room. The breakfast was too late being from 9 to 9.30 which was very restrictive. It should be stated that the steps to the hotel are quite steep so not that suitable for the elderly or infirm.

We stayed in the Superior Double Room which was nicely decorated, quiet, clean and had a comfortable bed. The hotel is only a short walk away from main town and provides off street parking which was a definite bonus. Breakfast was nice with plenty to choose from and staff seemed pleasant. I thought it was silly that breakfast was only served between 9am- 9.30am. We were ready for breakfast by 8 and had to hang around for an hour -- really inconvenient for business stays. Didn’t think much of the refreshment tray – no real milk or bottled water. Other than these little things it was a lovely place to stay and I would recommend.

The location was fantastic - just a short walk away from the town centre, and very close to the Great Orme for any walkers, sight seers. We had a great welcome upon arrival, and all of the staff were very friendly and pleasant. The room was very spacious, with beautiful decor. The landlady very kindly let us leave our car on the off road carpark all day on the sunday whilst we went walking - even though we were going home that day. Would definitely stay again!! The shower cubicle in Room 9 was tiny - it was a real struggle to shower & wash hair, especially for anyone tall, and I would imagine - anyone with a slightly chunkier build.

The room very comfortable and clean, staff friendly, choice of breakfast excellent. Small matter of cold water when using basin for shave, had to boil kettle at 6.00pm. Also should be pointed out that top floor rooms for elderly people involved a long climb up stairs.

Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Lots of stairs up to front door and then our room was up 2 more flights. No help offered with luggage. Tiny, cramped room in the attic, with yard sale quality decor. Uncomfortable "double" bed was not big enough for 2 people. Lumpy mattress and heavy duvet with no top sheet made for a sleepless night.

Boutique rather than luxury lovely quality furnishings comfy beds and pillows parking on site and close enough to town to walk but slight incline to it breakfast good choice of fruit, cereals, but not large cooked breakfast except loads of toast- a few croissants etc would have been nice. Superior double attic room was smaller than standard double room at the back, but paid extra for it because of the view. Unfortunately window was a little small and high so could not see out of it easily. Nevertheless would return

Very nice.Friendly greeting when we arrived.Top floor rooms with good views out to the sea.Very pleasant rooms with plenty of space.Good breakfast in the morning;a fair selection if going continental and a piping hot cooked breakfast for those who prefer it all served with a smile. Good location with the town centre and the pier/crescent being just a couple of minutes walk away. Its also situated very close to the tram station for the Orme but with it being out of season we could not enjoy it and had to take the car. Finally, car parking would appear to be an issue at much of the accommodation in Llandudno but its not here as it has private spaces at the front of the house which is a useful plus. Overall well recommended.

Great location a sort walk to the tram to go up the great Orme. Beach, pier, shops 2 min walk. Great breakfast and worth going to Kings Head pub next to tram station for a great evening meal. No complaints , Sefton Court does what it says on the tin.

We actually didnt stay here ..we found the attitude of the lady who greeted us not very pleasant ..we werent informed that we were in the attic ( husband has angina and is difficult on stairs ) so we literally walked out ! ( had to pay tho ! being stuck in the attic with just a fire escape for a window & looking straight onto the bins not my idea of a pleasant stay !

We felt very much at home Very comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast.Fabulous quiet location but within five minutes of the centre. The staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends. We would have liked a shower screen instead of a shower curtain.

“Very clean and lovely comfortable rooms, breakfast was one of the best I have had in any hotel. Phil and his family were great and made every effot to make my stay enjoyable even serving my breakfast at 7.30 because I had to get away early. My only fault was that I didn't find this place sooner as this is now on my must stay B&Bs” Mike, Warrington |
