Total letdown come breakfast. No, not the food, it was good & satisfying. The staff member was badly dressed. Trousers were not clean and cuffs frayed and dragging on floor. Just shuffled around. Bad look. A real shame for one person to spoil to good bits

Brilliant value for money, nice thick towels, bags of hot water and a TV that worked, a good selection at breakfast, we were by the airport but there was no noise form them, good safe car parking, I couldn't fault it.

Walking distance from the airport. Staff were pleasant if a bit passive. Clean, quiet and reasonable value.

Wi-Fi that kept coming and going. All very clearly done to a budget.

Vending machine has been out of order every time I have stayed, so cannot really buy any snacks when staying there, unless buying a meal cooked on premises Wi-fi is chargeable - not good in this day and age Rooms are cosy....in other words, very small!

Staff were friendly and location was fine - but the main entrance could do with an update.

Not enough space in the bathroom - the toilet was too close to the wall. not happy that there was no staff a night. You provide Sky in the main reception - why not in the rooms Also there were three gordies in the next room to us (Room 6) - they were very loud disturbed our evening as well as smoking in the room and disturbed us at 5.30 am the following morning when they did a flit from the hotel.

Bed was too short, I am 5 10" and I havd to sleep diagonally- covers would not go over my shoulders so I was cold and didnt sleep well I would recomnet fro the positives, but tellaverage height peopl that beds might be an issue

Very convenient for the airport

Convenient to airport. We used it to dispence with early morning taxi and ensure reliability of arrival for early flight. The hotel was in most respects excellent for the job required. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

As it is airport based, we were surprised to find the hotel closed although the airport was open, eg, our flight was the 0645 Gatwick, and we were obliged to walk and struggle with luggage from hotel to airport regardless of weather conditions on a very dark morning tripping over kerbs and the like on a less than user friendly pathway. Either opening hours - with shuttle - should be reviewed, or at least the path to the terminal should be radically rebuilt to accomodate trailing baggage and illumination.
