A modern, clean, centrally heated and well appointed hotel, close to Ronaldsway Airport. Extras were provided within the room - iron, ironing board, tea making facilities, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Having stayed in other hotels, these have not been available. The reception staff gave my daughter and I a warm welcome, especiall Neil, who went out of his way to direct us, (through the internet) to restaurants and other facilities we could visit in the surrounding areas. The continental breakfast was more than adequate to set us on our way to tour the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our two day stay. With a comfortable hotel, airport nearby, car hire available within the airport, which we took advantage of, we will definately return to the beautiful Isle of Man.

Relaxed atmosphere with friendly, helpful staff. Our arrival was late due to bad weather but staff stayed to book us in. Also the car park was a big plus for us. I will be a returning customer in the future. Twin room would have been a little cramped if we had needed to stay in the room for any length of time during the day.

It is quiet and you can have a good nights sleep, for me it was 11 hours. I think you are able to see through the curtins on the ground floor.

The sheer friendliness. Also clean, eager to help, value for money, quiet despite being at an airport, we were very very glad we chose the Sefton Express. It is not in Douglas IoM of course but that is perhaps an asset as parking in Douglas is impossible whereas at The Sefton Express there is masses on site & free. They do a tasty though limited menu, have a bar, beds are comfy, breakfast perfect. It does exactly what it says on the tin. We liked it. Mms & bms

It was basic, clean, and comfortable The room was small. Myself and my daughter were out numbered by male workers staying at the hotel. It didn't feel family friendly.

The bed was enormous and very comfortable . The breakfast was very substantial and delicious . The staff very efficiant . Will stay again Pity there wasnt a bath

Comfortable small rooms on-suite and continental breakfast all you need for a short or long break. Close to ballasalla and castle town for good pubs and shops all for a reasonable price.

The cleanliness and the bedroom facilities were very good. Quite comfortable and the staff were helpful. The reception area was abit plain and the hotel best situated for the airport only as there are no bars or shops nearby. This hotel is really only for short stays b&b which was ideal for us. It is not a holiday hotel but a good base to travel from.

Has a single guest the room was fine, may be a little cramped but ok. On enquiring about a double room for next year ,I was surprised to find my room was also a double, which would be too small for me and the missus. The breakfast bar was nice, help yourself but no cooked meal only toast. Room, nice and clean, and the staff where friendly and helpful.

Very clean & convenient. Simply offering everything needed for my 90yr old father & myself in a twin room that we could want. Continental Breakfast was excellent. Room might be described as slightly too small.

Handy for airport once you get your bearings. Friendly helpful staff, allowances made for me needing to check out before reception opened. Ground level hotel room window was a bit too adjacent to car park for comfort
