Exellent service, staff helpful and friendly. Location is great, Quiet, Bedrooms nicely arranged

We loved the country side that was all around the place! The rooms were very comfortable and big and so were the bathroom. Very clean! Loved how they name the rooms different castles! Nice restaurant, pool ect. Too bad we couldn't stay. The reception was good. People were nice

That the bar menu after restaurant wasnt great. Need some easy items that are traditional. Or little burgers ect.

Magalie was a great host in the bar area and made us feel very welcome and tended to our every need. She was attentive and passionate about customer care and she made our stay at the hotel a memorable one as we were made to feel very special on Palestine day.

Beautiful peaceful room.... And the best scallops I have ever tasted (I love scallops)!!

Lovely 4 poster bed, spacious bathroom and bedroom. Excellent food in the conservatory. Relaxing and very welcoming environment. Full welsh breakfast was made to a very high standard. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a good quality, relaxing stay in North Wales.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, great breakfasts. Staff were outstanding.

Poor wifi in room. Couldn't make a connection. Thought the lounges a little dark and the bar area and conservatory were a little stark.

Nothing to fault at all

The welcome, the room, the courtesy of every member of staff, the consideration of staff, the food selection, the hospitality, the facilities, the friendlyness of staff and guests all made the Christmas holiday a perfect and relaxing visit. I cannot fault anything and highly recommend the Seiont Manor Hotel and will definitely visit again. It is the perfect hotel for whatever the reason for staying. The staff were amazingly helpful and nothing was ever a problem to whoever one asked for help. A superb hotel set in wonderful surroundings.

The decor was nice and traditional and refined. The views were amazing and the room service and staff were very friendly. The cooked breakfast was very tasty and alot of choice from the menu.

The TV in room 10 was positioned in a way you can't really watch it from the bed and the wooden seating around the tv was very uncomfortable a nice couch would have been alot more appreciated however I believe the other rooms did have a couch.A bit surprised the junior suite didn't have a mini fridge and was a bit disapointed that I had to throw away some homecooked meals as we weren't allowed to use their microwave. My fiance wanted me to cook him a surprise therefore I brought it with me thinking booking a suite would mean I would have 5 minute access to a microwave if needed. Was a bit upset about that. The hotel is more suited to a older generation I believe. And also its very dangerous that the pathway to drive into the hotel is the same to drive yet although there's only room for one car to pass each way so alot of times we or another car had to reverse a long way back and this was very dangerous when their is flooding alerts in the area. Found it a bit odd with the acres of land around they couldn't manage to build a path big enough to accommodate a road for a two system with enough room to enter and exit.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The lack of other guests on one hand a benefit on the other the whole place lacked atmosphere on the lead up to Christmas but we did want an away from it all break!

Greeted by staff on arrival with a friendly smile, accomodation (junior suite) very good value and very comfortable. General facilities good with a decent sized pool. All staff very friendly, particulary 'chatterbox' Helen at breakfast, she'll keep you talking for hours. Location of hotel great for surrounding area.

Felt restaurant menu was disappointing and not noramlly available for viewing until late in the afternoon which affected decision making for the day. But Bar food was very good, Having commented on food, staff were able to give alternative locations for evening meals.

The staff were without exception, friendly an helpful.

Convenient for a stopover on route to Holyhead ferry port

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and they went out oftheir way to ensure we had a good service. The food was excellent and not over priced. We look for ward to a return visit.

We would have preferred the shower to have been seperate from the bath or instead of the bath.

Surprised that this Hotel is only 3 star on the booking.com site. It is far superior to many 4 star hotels that I have stayed. Everything was wonderful - the comfort, friendliness and care of staff, the location. It gets 10/10 from us

country- estate type hotel of a high standart, well run,friendly reception

Extremely nice personnel. I fell ill and nothing was too much trouble. Beautifully decorated, quiet room with comfortable bed. French doors leading to a small balcony with lovely views of the surrounding woodland. Very well-equipped bathroom.

Limited menu. In six days half-board we were offered 5 times Tomato Consommé... and two days in a row the same menu. But upon request everything can be changed and (again) everything seems possible. And always with a big smile.
