Comfortable accommodation, good facilitiies and excellent food. A good tourist centre for Snowdonia, Portmeirion, Caernarfon and Anglesey. Surrounding land and garden areas would benefit from tidying to improve appearance in keeping with the perceived image of the Hotel. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was a good size and well fitted out .A lovely quiet place to spend some quality time. speed bumps in drive, first one too high!!! |

The hotel staff were friendly, polite and helpful but unobtrusive. It is in a delightful setting with sheep grazing in the field outside the restaurant window and a beautiful old fashioned garden which our room overlooked. |

Friendly, helpful staff and a pleasant relaxed atmosphere. Our room was very comfortable, tastefully furnished and had an attractive outlook. The room was very well cleaned and restocked every day. It was enjoyable to walk in the grounds. Parking was excellent. |

It was pleasant, but I feel it could have been more. The room was large, and had a door onto terrace. There was not much soundproofing in the block of rooms, which I would have expected for the price. Fortunately there weren't many guests when we were there. |

the hotel was most comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay very much. the expensive wine list, the restaurant expensive, but did not feel the decor and furniture matched with the prices. |

loved the room and setting, it was very quiet and peaceful, the staff were very kind and helpful. i know there was shower gel in the room, but some guest soaps and tissues would have been good aswell. |
