    not a lot

stifling atmosphere all right it was hot outside but it was scorching in the corridors and apartments one never had their bedding changed all week the sofa and chair needed replacing there was mould on the pans as they had been put away wet the same flat had the window hanging off on one hinge the noise at the front due to the trains was appalling very expensive for what you get

Fantastic view of the estuary from apartment window. Very large bathroom. TV in both bedroom and lounge, which as three of us staying in the apartment was a bonus.

Would have been nice to have info on the freeview numbers for the tv.

Swimming pool was excellent. Comfortable Bed. Spacious and quiet rooms. Good Kitchen.

Last night we tried the Microwave It didn't work. The rooms were dark, needed a light on most of the time. Next time we will book early to get The south side.

Being near the Teign Estuary and easy access to Exeter, Dartmoor, the sea and lovely villages. Not a bad pub on site too.

mattresses were a little uncomfortable on the sofa bed

Lovely location on the river Teign and it's worth paying a little more for the views, especially if you like bird watching. Big bathroom was a nice surprise. Swimming pool and spa is an added bonus. Good value for money.

Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable - as they all are.

great location, friendly staff, welcome dogs, free on site parking

no mail service, never had to make my own bed whilst on holiday before! no change of towels, if I have fresh towels at home every day I want them when I'm staying in a hotel. Room was a bit tired and not really thought out for those with dogs

The lodge was very well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. The location was excellent particularly with the balcony overlooking the estuary.

The views from the balcony were amazing and the kitchen was very spacious. Facilities were good and staff really friendly. Pet friendly and good shower! Would definitely come back again.

Needed to have a car if you wanted to pop out as country road not too safe to walk along in the dark. The sofabed wasn't too comfortable compared to the bed!

Great apartment and access to local facilities

Not easy to find - signage limited to enable them to be located.

I loved the view from our appartment- thebalcony- which was a favourite for our dogs. The design of the appartment, and the general feel of relaxed comfort It was very well equipped, to a high standard. Very good position to explore the local countryside. Will come again.

We found the food to be disappointing- the pub served traditional pub grub- which was not of a good standard=the hotel restaurant had slightly better food but the sparse numbers gave a very subdued atmosphere- more like a boarding house!

The whole experience was fantastic from check in to leaving. We were greeted with a lovely smile . We stayed in Tren apartment. Which had everything you could possibly need. The pub served a fabulous carvery. The pool facility's were great and we started each day with a swim. All in all fantastic and would recommend it to anyone.

You need a car to be able to see the lovely sights of surrounding Devon.

Great Apartment with plenty of room and with good facilities. It was a bonus to have the balcony to dry our wetsuits and swim wear. Good food at the Passage Inn pub and as a resident you get 10% off.

Not knowing the day of the week that the apartment would be cleaned. It would have been useful if this was in the room details. Wasn't sure of the checkout time also.

Location was perfect for us. The apartment itself had good facilites and the use of hotel facilities were great, in such a picturesque setting.

Smelt a little musty. Curtains needed to be darker.

Having stayed with you before we found the location very convenient. The accommodation was better than we had last time and much better than we could have expected with views over the estuary. The balcony was a real bonus along with the weather

It seems rather mean to look for something just to be negative but we felt that the chairs on the balcony were not very comfortable
