the location was excellent. very convenient. i felt the staff werent very helpful, and the TV didnt work (the movie channels which you have the option to buy). the lighting was too dim and there was no hot water most the time when needed. The bed throw also had stains on it. |

The stay was excellent.All the Hotel staff were polite, helpful and reliable.The facilities in the room were excellent and housekeeping was up to the mark. I stayed 16 nights and enjoyed every moment of it. The Hotel is a stone's throw from Paddington Station and very close to the shopping centre and Hyde Park.Highly recommended. |

The rooms were clean, well presented and made you feel very relaxed from the minute you entered. I have satyed in many hotels in London while on business events and I have to say this hotel is the best by far. I'm now looking to make a regular monthly advance booking for a year ahead just off this first experience. |

The gentleman who greeted me on my arrival and whom I saw each day on my return around 5/6pm. He was extremely polite, courteous and helpful. Also, the gentlemen who helped me with my luggage and the small things like pressing my floor for me on the lift, they were also polite, courteous and helpful. I liked the quietness and location. I found the remainder of the staff unfriendly and unhelpful - it almost seemed an inconvenience to them when I asked them something; on my exit/return to the Hotel they ignored me and weren't friendly at all. (these were women both at Reception and in the Restaurant bar apart from a young light-haired, shortish woman who was warm and helpful in her manner/approach.However, I liked the actual Hotel |
