Defenitely nothing good to say about this hotel!!! Breakfast was poor, staff at breakfast rolled their eyes every morning, we paid for delux double room and got a small basement room that couldnt fit our bags better yet give us space to walk. The shower door opened only to 45 degrees! A friend came a day later and they didnt have her booking (she had booking confirmation)!!! The man at the reception was extremely rude! No wonder why they ask to pay as you check in & before u see your room! Horrible experience! Never staying there again and do not reccommend to anyone!! |

The hotel was very clean, tidy and the room had a great airco! Nice long, comfortable beds and very near Lancaster Gate/Paddington tube station. Room was not very big, but good decorated. Cleaning lady was very friendly and of great help. The personell was friendly, but not very welcoming/spontanious. |

Clean room, good breakfast fare, not too far from Paddington station The room was too small and crowded. Water supply was interupted for two days. There was water leakage from one of the rooms to the kitchen and second reception area. |

Very handy being central and near the tube station. Clean and comfortable. The rooms are a bit small but cosy and clean. |

The area is nice and quiet. The hotel is nothing special If you go for business or if you appreciate a little bit of space, make sure you have a larger or double room that is not placed in the lower ground level or else you better book a different hotel or My opinion of this hotel might have been completely different, if I wouldn't have been stuffed in that 2x3 meter room (including bathoom) in the basement. I booked a single room and the room was literally not larger than 2x3 meters. There was no place for my suitcase, at least not without falling over it. The long and narrow corridor in that lower level to go to the room felt a little bit claustrophobic. But hey, if you only need it to sleep there and you don't care about natural light, then it is OK. everything is clean. |

Convenient to Paddington Station and reasonable price. Staff were terrible - gave me a room key and sent me to the wrong room twice. The minibar was empty even though request was made for minibar and there was no water in the room - I had to go out to the local convenience store to buy a bottle of water for the room!! |

Its situation, close enough to the city, but still quiet with and exclusive kind of feel. Liked it all, even though the room we had was a little on the small side it was smart, clean and comfortable. |

We chose this hotel due to its location - walking distance to the Albert Hall as we had tickets to a concert there. On arrival we were informed that there was no water in the hotel - since we had been travelling some while this was disappointing !!! We were eventually transferred to the Shaftesbury Picadilly which meant two taxi fares to and from the Albert Hall - |

I appreciate the hotel's friendly staff, neat room, proximity to Paddington station, and the comfortable bed. The price was also good and I consider it good value for money for that location. The so-called double room was way too small. There was not even a place for a suitcase! Also, the fact that the free internet service does not allow VPN makes the hotel not unsuitable for business as I could not connect to my office from there. |

Close to Paddington There was no water on arrival & by the next morning only a limited flow of cold. The desk staff were unwilling to help. The room was tired, with paint peeling from the ceiling. |
