We booked the Luxury deluxe triple room were put in two separate rooms we had our 10 year old son who was devastaed that he had to have his own room as he is not ready yet to have a room in a hotel but it was put right after the first night of our stay. But we were not put in a Deluxe room!!

Single room was poor, next to reception and lift. Poor value for price. Bar was like a doctors waiting room, no draft beer, as fault.

The double room we got was so small that we could not move inside the room comfortably..There was also much noise in the corridor (doors opening and closing). I would not recommend it for couples, especially those who have a small kid.
All of it had room 121 was 2 floors spacious, staff were great and welcoming, location was within 20 minutes by foot to Trafalga Square walking through the beautiful Hyde Park. Would definatley return when visiting London again.
Location and proximity to Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations.
Size of rooms. One had to walk sideways to reach the other side of the bed and half the time get knocked on the head by the TV.

The hotel is comparatively well located - c. 400 meters from Paddington rail terminal - so, if you arrive to/leave London from Heathrow airport - you can reach it in 15 minutes by Heathrow express. Good airconditionning, large TV.
The hotel rooms and premises are so small that I felt very claustrofobic, VERY. I am a big guy. This hotel is for people of miniature size - two people walking with bags in a corridor of this hotel won't be able to pass clear of each other. The windows face a closed concrete yard - like in a prizon. The bath room is so tiny that I had to step out to wash - I didn't fit the shower cabin. I think total room surface is c. 6-7 sq meters - very small. May be there are larger rooms in this hotel, but corridors are very narrow everywhere. And there are so many fire doors - it's impossible to walk with lagguage to your room - I counted 7 doors to my room.
Location was great. Really liked the breakfast buffet. Hot tea and cookies in the room really made the stay enjoyable and feel like we were at home and in London at the same time.
Room service very kind. Nice cleaning staff, great location and value for money.
Reception staff could be improved, sometimes uninformed and some problems with English. After several false confirmations, got back the booking fee only in 7days and after calling directly.
Everything was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was too expensive, so we ate at a nearby cafe instead. Wifi was a little unreliable.

-Security amount of GBP 50 even when paid the room in advance and in cash. of course this was returned upon checkout nevertheless the policy's purpose is unclear. -Poor breakfast compared to the price which is considerably high GBP15 (euro 18).
Liked the 6th floor room we were given as compensation for the bad experience in the ground floor room we originally had.

Wi-Fi connection was abysmally slow. Working online was implausible. No matter how many times I made efforts to notify the staff about this problem, the actual speed of the Internet connection would never exceed 1Mbps/sec download / 0.5Mbps/sec upload. It was virtually impossible to work on a laptop out of my room, not to mention rendering any multitasking work. I would never visit this hotel again unless this aspect gets improved given the fact that I’m usually travelling to London on business.

I brought the voucher of booking.com to check in because it has all details. The staff ignored it and told me to tell my name that I know it is difficult to anyone who is not familiar to my language. Then I need to repeat and repeat again. The staff asked me to pay the room cost plus 20 ponds to guarantee . I asked for reason he explained in bad manner and loud voice. it was the bad impression .
