Free internet connection in the room. The tea- and coffee-making facilities in the room. The bath room was ok, concidered that the room itself was very small, The room was extremily small and not sound proof at all. Every night we woke up because people were talking in the corridor. Old and ugly blankets in the bed. The window couldn't be opened. The hair dryer was firmly attached to a drawer, appx. 2,5 metres from the mirror. The staff were not especially friendly. They could at least great you with a "Good morning" and a "Good evening" when you arrive at the recption desk. This was definately not a 4 star hotel, 2 star at most. |

The accommodation was comfortable and spacious and very well presented. Location excellent My daughter and her friend stayed for the night ,late booking. I telephoned on the day of the booking and paid over the phone for full english breakfast for both of them. Apparently my daughter was questioned on two occassions and told that breakfast had not been paid for and eventually had to go to reception to ask them to confirm to staff in the dining hall that breakfast had in fact been paid. My daughter said that they did feel uncomfortable about this. Otherwise they thoroughly enjoyed theri stay. |

It's near to the train stations I've chosen the hotel due to its location plus free internet in the rooms. However, the internet does not work and the staffs promised to fix it but to no avail until i checked out. I will not stay to that hotel again and I will not recommend the hotel to anybodyelse regardless of its location. |

Price was good, staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was tiny and poky; hotel did not feel at all like a 4 star hotel - a rabbit warren of rooms. Mine was in the basement. |

The location to Paddington Station was excellent. The Bed was very comfortable. The walls are way too thin - I heard the elevator and someone snoring in another room. Worst yet, the air condition was not working - very hot during the night. Rooms along the main street are loud. |

We were extremely pleased by the location of the hotel near to Paddington tube station and close to reasonable priced cafes and restaurants for breakfast and evening meals. I wished that flannels/washcloths had been supplied as well as the clean towels in the bathroom. |

In overall it was a good hotel. The staff was helpful, there were wired Internet and a coffee making facility available in the room. The best thing is that the Hotel is very close to the Paddington Station (5min walk). The hotel looks like a maze, it was challenging to find the room. Although there was a lift, It was only possible to get to the room (1st floor) by stairs (I had a 16Kg luggage with me). The room was very small, but comfortable (if you do not carry a lot of luggage and you if you are not "big-boned"). I spent three nights there and the Internet did not work in the two first nights. I asked at the reception twice, but they did not fix it. In my last night I moved to another room and there it worked fine. There could be more TV channels available. I do not know how to classify a Hotel in terms of stars, but I do not think that it is a four star one. |

Nothing, no atmosphere, no life about the place, all staff with one exception had zero personality about them. Bathroom should be renamed bath closet as it was not big enough to turn around in. I won't be back, thanks No proper bar facilities or anyone in the place who'd have had an idea how to serve in one if there was. When I did get a drink I was asked what I wanted the ice for?! Bizarre !! Hotel is not located where the name suggests either ! Daughter and her friends kept awake at night by someone screaming at the top of their lungs as if being murdered! Even more bizarre!!! Next morning the whole floor was treated to a screaming man smashing his way out of the service elevator. Thank god I was only there for two nights !! Definitely not value for money |

It's only 5 minutes walk to Paddington Station. The room was so small. The smallest room I've ever stayed in. The internet doesn't work in the rooms and also the wifi service in reception is not good. The staff do not seem to concerned about this. |

the room was clean I paid for a luxury room but it was so small that it was almost impossible to fit in. due to the very narrow space. Ths shower enclosure was so small that I kept banging my elbows against wither the shower handle or the soap dish so much that both elbows are still brused. I also bashed my knee trying to get out of the shower. |

We only stayed one night so did not spend much time at the hotel, the room was clean but small. Reasonable for the price , would stay somewhere more central next time . We were woken up at three in the morning by something in the hotel, sounded like a generator or something ,we were just getting back to sleep when off it went again . We chose this hotel because we thought it would be quiet and peaceful.. |
