The rooms are vary small-claustrophobic. The facilities that was advertised when I booked the hotel weren't the same. The staff wasn't friendly and even aggressive when I asked for explanation why the room is not the same that I booked. Actually nothing good to remember. No any apologize for inconvenience and not enough fair offer from the manager side. I don't know what kind of board in UK give such amount of stars to the Hotel. Let they visit France, Germany or Italy.

They relocated us to a "sister property", the rooms are very small, one bad experience with a staff member (couldn't find our reservation/room after we paid for the room)

Poor Wifi/ internet connection; about 2.5 blocks walk from underground rail station. Quite a walk in the rain (and it rains a lot in London).

Lovely location and the staff were very helpful. Proximity to Paddington tube station.The beds were extremely comfortable.

It has excellent location , friendly employees , quick services , very good price for bb and transportation from-to airport the staff are high quality of services and excellent and sophistication the room is very clear

Only one thing I'm not satisfied about it , the room is very narrow

L liked the location of the hotel, it is close to shops, tube station, bus line. The bed in my room at the hotel was very comfortable l had a good night sleep each night that l was there, and the toilet or restroom as we call it in the us, was also very clean l was impressed.

Desk clerks. These staffs need to be sent back to school of public relations to learn how to treat their customers. They were rude and unproffessional. They were not welcoming at all, they were just as cold as the london wealther.

The location of the hotel is good for a week trip to the city. The room was clean.

We didn't like this hotel for one major reason. We booked online and when we checked in, we were told that due to "maintenance problems" we would be housed in their sister hotel "The Shaftesbury Premier Inn"; we were also ASSURED that all the services and surroundings were the exact same as the Park Grand London Hyde. When we checked into the Shaftesbury THIS WAS NOT THE CASE - it was small, dirty and boxed completely in. We returned to the Park Grand and complained that the the room was nowhere what we had booked through the internet and after being LIED TO about the hotel being fully booked, we requested the manager. Once the manager appeared, she quickly showed and offered us a room 50 times better than the one in their sister hotel and so we took it. We spent 3 nights there. We had one request for a window to be fixed as it was stuck and couldn't be closed and the room was constantly cold, but no one came to assist. This lead us to determine that the services at the hotel were horrible.

Everything pretty much. Very central. The staff were there if you needed them but not in your face.

I think our room needed a net curtain or something at the window. The curtains were very thick and dark and when you woke up in the morning would have been nice to open them. There are other windows overlooking.

The location was easy to find.The cleaning staff were very efficient.Rooms nicely decorated good shower.large tv on wall .The price was a flash deal price £149 for 2 nights which I think was fair for this room,would not have been happy paying double this price for same room.

The basement rooms ,could not get mobile network or wireless connection to stay in contact with home .The room was dark, could do with better lighting having no natural light come through the window.The booking said room had a fridge, which we could have stored medicine we needed.The room did not have a fridge.

Honestly my friends and I were extremely disappointed with the hotel. The service quality was poor. The room lights and the air-conditioning/heating was malfunctioning and the staff were unfriendly. We used to awake from 6 in the morning from the noise in the corridor. Before leaving we could only tell them ''We do not expect this from a 4-star hotel''!!! Shocking! will never go back or recommend this hotel!

Simple, regular hotel. Clean, lots of pillows :-)

Breakfast prices were skyhigh! And the reception staff not very attentive to who was coming and going. A simple hello would have been nice and increased the feeling of security with coming and going as well. Internet didn't work. There was no fridge, no hairdryers in the room. Room wasn't ready at 14 as stated in confirmation and thy couldn't find our reservation....
