the location was excellent. very convenient.

i felt the staff werent very helpful, and the TV didnt work (the movie channels which you have the option to buy). the lighting was too dim and there was no hot water most the time when needed. The bed throw also had stains on it.

The stay was excellent.All the Hotel staff were polite, helpful and reliable.The facilities in the room were excellent and housekeeping was up to the mark. I stayed 16 nights and enjoyed every moment of it. The Hotel is a stone's throw from Paddington Station and very close to the shopping centre and Hyde Park.Highly recommended.

Central to where we wanted to be. Rooms were good only thing that could have been better is a slightly larger bathroom

Restrictions on the bar, could not get any drinks befor 6pm and when we came back from our function could not get any drinks as bar had closed at 11 - for people who are resident this is not good most hotels serve residents out of normal hours
