ホテルスタッフの方が、皆さん優しくてとても安心して利用できました。 少し、道に迷ってしまったので、もう少し分かりやすい地図など、表示が欲しいと思いました。バスタオルがか- なり徳大サイズで、多少つかいづらいなぁと思ってしまいました。 |

自分の部屋で、無料でネットができる点は非常によかったです。最寄り駅のパディントン駅はヒースローエクス- プレスの終点で、駅からホテルまでは５分程度の距離、駅構内にはカフェやスーパーなどもあり、とても便利で- した。 どうしようもないことですが、部屋がとても狭く、大きなスーツケースは置くところがありません。シャワール- ームも小さく、体の大きな人は大変かもしれません。日本のビジネスホテルよりちょっと上、くらいに思ってお- けばまぁ仕方ないかなという感じです。 |

いい点は立地だけ。何度もロンドン行ってるけど一番だめだったホテル。しかも割高。もっと安くて、ましなと- ころがいっぱいあるよ。二度と泊まらない。 階段、廊下が狭すぎ。私の小さなスーツケースでさえ運ぶのに苦労した。へんな姿勢で持ったので取っ手が壊れ- た。しかも荷物を運ぶのを手伝おうともしなかった。多くの人の意見どおり部屋も狭い。こんな部屋なのにチェ- ックイン時にデポジットを要求するとは！？そんなに客が信用出来ないんだろうか。もし何か壊れても部屋が狭- すぎてぶつかったせいじゃない？？ |

場所は便利な所にある。Ｐａｄｉｎｔｏｎ駅まで5分以内で行けるし、そこから中心地までのＴＵＢＥでの移動- 時間は15分以内なのでストレスなく朝から夜まで市内のアクティビティーを充実できました。フロントの人間- も片言の日本語を覚えて客に親近感を感じさせるなどまあまあでした。インターネットがつながらないといった- ときも15分待ってと言われたけど3分で飛んできたし、対応は悪くないです。 予約時にディスカウントの宣伝を見て飛びついたので仕方ないかもしれませんが、2泊で300ポンド近いのが- 148ポンドになっていたため、結果ホテルで入れられた部屋は明かりとり窓はあるけれど、地下で窓の外を見- るとがっくりした。値段と引き換えにあそこまでひどい部屋だとは思いませんでした。 |

Paddington駅の近くで便利。空港までも１５分で、使い勝手は良い。チェックアウト後も、荷物を預- けておけば、帰国ぎりぎりまで観光を楽しめる。難点は、部屋が狭いことか・・・バスルームも清潔ではるが、- かなり狭く、割りきりは必要。別途料金の朝食の質は高いが、冷静に考えれば、近くのカフェで食べたほうが良- い。 部屋の狭さ、バスルームの狭さ、文句を言わない人には地下のフロアの部屋に意図的に通される。 |

暖房が稼働不可で風邪をひきました。 今回の滞在は、悪天候で到着が遅れてしまったため予約日よりも遅れて到着しました。ブッキングドットコムへ- 連絡をしましたら、ホテルと交渉しろと言われ、ホテルと交渉しましたが、結局滞在していない一日分の料金は- 支払いを要求されました。 |

部屋は基本的に他の欧州地域のホテルより狭い。ネット接続環境が悪かった。部屋の照明など壊れている所が多- かった。Paddington駅に近いのは好条件。朝食も品数は結構あるように感じた。 |

電気のコンセントが英国式のみで、マルチコンセントも使用不可であった。日本式のプラグ・インが出来なかっ- た。 ホテルからヒースローへのタクシーを紹介され使用したが、リストプライスが４１ｐだったのに、乗車後運転手- から４８ｐが提示された。リストプライスを主張しその代わりチップで少しプラスした。 |

部屋が非常に狭く、その割に価格が非常に高い。従業員の態度はよい。部屋は清潔。廊下が狭く迷路のようで火- 災の場合は危険を感じた。 safety boxがあっても機能せず、見てくれと云ったが行くと云ったまま来なかった。 |

I was worried because of the reviews that I had seen about this hotel, but when I got there it looked lovely, very well decorated and warm reception from the staff.The room was small, but clean and well furnished, the bathroom was very small but it had everything you needed, the room was very hot but as soon as the aircon was on and the window opened it was lovely. it was very well priced and the location was great! Our fridge didn't work which was the only thing I didn't like! |

Good position in central London close to Paddington Station and excellent link for Heathrow. close to tube stations for getting about London, Exellent Breakfast.Clean & Friendly. Only downside lack of hot water in the evening |

Location was good for Paddington and Lancaster gate tube stations. The room was very small. There was about 30cm at the bottom of the bed to get round and not much space between the bath and toilet. Definitely not for a larger person. Rather depressing, dark room - photos were deceptive. Thin walls and rat-run corridors. Not 4-star. |

the location I was expecting a 4 star hotel. The rooms were really tiny to the point I could hardly fit in the shower. I had to lift my suitcase over the bed as there was not enough room to get it past the gap between the bed and the table. I have stayed in alot of hotels and really took the micky on room size. |

Conveniently located near the Paddington station and its Heathrow Express service. Friendly staff. Good breakfast choice. my initial room was tiny, cramped, faulty airconditioning that did not work, and faulty internet connection. Too many things were wrong. The hotel staff then moved me to a second room which was better in all respects |

The location was great for access to the tube, shopping in oxford st - it was within walking distance, hyde park etc, and there were plenty of restaurants/cafes etc if we wanted breakfast, lunch or dinner out of the hotel. Breakfasts at the hotel were expensive! I found the room rather small and narrow and would rate the hotel overall as 3 satr not 4 star |

Close to Paddington station, so it was easy to reach from central london. Pleasant staff. Clean rooms. The hallways were a bit narrow, when carrying a suitcase. |
