Oda ve banyo çok dardı.Banyonun duşu bozuktu.Pencere camı zorlukla açılıp kapanıyrdu zira çok eskiydi.Bu nedenle odayı havalandırmada zorluk çektik. |

tv yi bilgisayar olarak kullanabiliyordum internet olanaklari cok iyiydi.Odada cay kahve makinesi vardi ama makinenin ici pasliydi. odayi 4 gun boyunca temizlemediler sadece yatak yapiliyordu. personel is tecrubesi anlaminda cok zayif.Bana saat 8.50 de saat 09.00 icin shuttle service sattilar shuttle service en son 8.45 de oldugunu ogrendim ve gec kaldigimi soylediler ben cok sinirlenip bagarinca taxi ile yolladilar. Sonra son gece icin 30 pound fazla para aldilar booking confirmationi gosterince parayi iade ettiler. |

yeri iyi. odalar o fiyatlar için çok küçük.klozet küvetin içinde nerdeyse. odaları 5 m2 daha buyuk tutsalar cok daha insani olacak.dünyanın hiçbir yerinde bu fiyatlara böyle odalar yok.iş için olmasa hayatta londra ya gitmem. |

Otel metro , otobüs, taxi duraklarına 3 dakika mesafede, merkeze ulaşımı, yakın çevresinde yeme içme mekanlarının bolluğu ile çok pratik. Odalar biraz dar ama temiz rahat ve gürültüden uzak atmosferi var. |

Service was good and v friendly - staff helpful and approachable - room cleanliness etc very good The room was too small to be comfortable in overall terms for 2 people and that took away from the experience a bit |

Good location. 5 minutes walk to Paddington station. Room is clean and new (perhaps after recent renovation). Room is very very small. No space for luggage. |

The staff was very accomodating. Finding us umbrellas on a rainy day, answering many questions. The cocigere even went out to the street and flagged a taxi while the "tube" was on strike and no taxis were to be had. The rooms are quite small but then the hotel is in London. |

Hotel location is good . Rooms are too very small hardly one can turn when inside the room or in bathroom, can not rate as 4*. No lobby, nothing much in restaurant for breakfast. |

The staff was excellent and the room was very clean. The room and bathroom were ridiculously tiny for the price we paid. Breakfast should be included. |

The TV system was OK The basement area and basement rooms are scruffy. The windows were poor and did not close properly. The shower was useless and temperature uncontrollable. |

The reception process and the reception staff were very efficient and helpful and after a long overnight flight from Central America was greatly appreciated. The only small complaint is that the security safe in my room was located on the bottom shelf and consquently was somewhat difficult to access for a person of my age. |

Room was clean! To say the room was small would be an understatement, the bed touched both walls leaving virtually no floor space in the room. Ask to see the room before you part with your cash!! |

It is close to Paddington and Heathrow express.I stayed just for one night. The room was very small, old furniture, the window was facing another window, less than 2m away. One of the pillow cases was dirty. The only way of getting some air in the room was the air conditioner who was above the bed. And it's supposed to be a four star hotel and a deluxe room......maybe only in London. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff in the dining room were excellent. We stayed four times in 5 weeks coming and going to Europe etc and were upgraded twice No. It was close to Paddington and very convenient |
