Close to Paddington station. Characteristic 4-bed room. Helpful staff. Quiet and safe environment. Internet service is not running well during our staff. The Sofa bed is too soft. Water is hot but not strong enough. The water hose is broken. |

The price is reasonable, compared with B&B which costs similar prices. It is near underground station that traffic is convenient. The room is too small. Hotel room cleaning service is not good enough. |

卫生还不错,服务也不错,离地铁站5分钟 双人床是2个单人床并的,中间有个大硬条，很不舒服.每天早上6点多,报警器就响,睡不好觉...房间电视就5个基本台,还说什么SKY随便看.连拖鞋都没有. ,有一点贵,下次不会在去拉 |

the location I was expecting a 4 star hotel. The rooms were really tiny to the point I could hardly fit in the shower. I had to lift my suitcase over the bed as there was not enough room to get it past the gap between the bed and the table. I have stayed in alot of hotels and really took the micky on room size. |

Conveniently located near the Paddington station and its Heathrow Express service. Friendly staff. Good breakfast choice. my initial room was tiny, cramped, faulty airconditioning that did not work, and faulty internet connection. Too many things were wrong. The hotel staff then moved me to a second room which was better in all respects |

The location was great for access to the tube, shopping in oxford st - it was within walking distance, hyde park etc, and there were plenty of restaurants/cafes etc if we wanted breakfast, lunch or dinner out of the hotel. Breakfasts at the hotel were expensive! I found the room rather small and narrow and would rate the hotel overall as 3 satr not 4 star |

Close to Paddington station, so it was easy to reach from central london. Pleasant staff. Clean rooms. The hallways were a bit narrow, when carrying a suitcase. |

Clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Enjoy free internet service in the room. Toilet too small. Poor lighting at the desk where computer to be placed. Not keen on the idea of having to take further steps before entering into the room if someone has heavy luggage. |

Free internet connection in the room. The tea- and coffee-making facilities in the room.The bath room was ok, concidered that the room itself was very small, The room was extremily small and not sound proof at all. Every night we woke up because people were talking in the corridor. Old and ugly blankets in the bed. The window couldn't be opened. The hair dryer was firmly attached to a drawer, appx. 2,5 metres from the mirror. The staff were not especially friendly. They could at least great you with a "Good morning" and a "Good evening" when you arrive at the recption desk. This was definately not a 4 star hotel, 2 star at most. |
