Anil (I hope I spelled his name right) was so accommodating and friendly. The beds a were super comfortable. Shower was great with good water pressure and consistent temperatures.

The hallways are a little narrow if you're handling big luggage.

I only stayed the one night passing through but was supplied with a first class bed, warm shower, plenty of towels, shampoo and conditioner and enough coffee granules to lunch a fleet. Easy and restful. Met my needs perfectly

    Nothing, all excellent

Conviniently located near city centre, has its own free parking for night time and nearby public parking for which produces free parking voucher. Great for tourists - do not need to concern about details!

I had the front room on the ground floor, for £70.00 for a solo traveller. I would hope breakfast would be included, however this was not. The staff where lovely and checked me into my room and I didnt see them for the rest of my stay.

If i had an issue, I had no idea how to contact the manager, The front room is on the road and when guests leave you do hear them coming and going which did wake me up several time. It was a nice guesthouse but i don't think it was value for money.... Not even a cold breakfast was avaliable

Recently refurbish with modern taste. Close to the new town center. Staff very kind and helpful

Sink too little Ask for a room facing the inner court. Quality of the refurbishment a bit cheap. Note that the best part of the town is the old town center

The room is equipped with the basics a traveller may need on a short stay.

I was charged for a full stay before even I arrived. This seemed dodgy, as it is not what hotels normally practice - card details are provided to secure the booking, not to carry out charges. At my return from the trip it took me time and inconvenience to liaise with my bank to prevent any potential further unauthorized access to my account. The staff was rather abrupt while trying to clarify this incident with them. Several details on my booking confirmation appeared to be false, such as check-in hours, for instance (it said till 21:30 on my confirmation printout, but the hotel staff told me they knew nothing about it and their check-in closes at 19:30). It wasn't possible to have an enjoyable stay after all the suspicious developments at my arrival and the mistrust they caused.

Rooms nicely decorated recently in a very trendy style. Ask for a room not facing the street if you want less noise. Staff was very kind. Very close to the city centre

Sink is very small Pity there was no breakfast. Note that the best part of the city is the old center which is 15 mins walk from the new center. Few details need already to be fixed (door handles, lamps). Missing a fridge in the room

The room was very pretty, nice beds and the staff was very friendly!

Bathroom on the top floor is really narrow, not that practical to move around.

Everything about it ( we didn't have breakfast though, as we thought it was included in the price, but it isn't). I have stayed in the past with the previous owners, so Senlac was my one and only choice. It has been refurbished to fantastically high standard. Beautiful.

The fact that the price given didn't say that breakfast wasn't included. As it is advertised as a bed and breakfast, maybe there should be an asterisk by the word breakfast, then underneath £7.50 extra p.p. I hope this can be given consideration...

The rooms are new and the location is good, close to the station and to the old centre.

There was no staff (at least at the weekend), the check-out was at 10:30am and the bathroom was very small.
