Comfortable beds, good wifi, good facilities and good location.
Bath in shared bathroom needs replacing, rusty and moldy.
The room was cold. No breakfast on weekends.
Clean cosy single room, the bed was good, location is close to railwaystation so that's handy, beach and town are just around the corner. Good value for money and had a comfortable stay.
Nothing, liked it.
The guest house was amazingly clean comfortable and well decorated with curteous staff
We were told the guest house did not provide breakfast on saturday so staff could have a lie in?? Found this unusual as thought we paid for B & B?
We went to Hastings for the day and in the evening decided we should try and book a last minute hotel, came across this place, cheap and reviews were good, booked it and it was a result! Great location, good looking clean modern room, pleantly of space. Shared bathroom which I've never used so was worried but it was fine! Bathroom was nice.
The bath looked a little bit grubby but we didn't use. Other than that everything was excellent !
The guesthouse is well located near the centre of Hastings, and was great value compared to everything else. The room was comfortable, with tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge.
The WiFi didn't work at all for the time we were there, which was disappointing.
Brilliant location easy access to town
Just poor wifi as would not connect at all
We found the room very comfortable and quiet. We had a great sleep with no disruptions through the night. The location was excellent as it was located a short walk from the train station and near to downtown, the old city, and the beach.
In all fairness there were clearly Wi-Fi problems during our stay. This was unfortunate but didn't take away from the excellent time we had.
My room was fine, hotel was close to train station and historic center of Hastings. They finally fixed the leaking pipe in the bathroom. Previous owner next door helped me work my door key first evening there.
Breakfast only on weekdays and only by reservation. Not clear how to contact staff, or if anyone was there. Suggestion in the shared bathroom that guests help clean the toilet.
Excellent service from owner. Very friendly staff throughout our trip and made it a very comfortable experience. Couldn't have asked for more helpful staff.
Location, facilities, cleanliness, arrangement with nearby car park, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, value for money, I look forward to coming back.
It was beautifully decorated, close to the town, loads of suggested places to go recommended in the folder. Owner was very polite and accommodating, nothing was to much trouble
Paid for my mum and auntie to stay before the start of their holiday staff even helped carry their luggage were very kind even looked after their luggage when they had booked out they have even booked in for another night
Very Clean, Great value,Who ever cleans the rooms does a good job,as a lot dont !!
Sharing the Bathroom, we do at Home, but when travelling got used to your own Shower etc 0),But the price reflects this i think
Anil (I hope I spelled his name right) was so accommodating and friendly. The beds a were super comfortable. Shower was great with good water pressure and consistent temperatures.
The hallways are a little narrow if you're handling big luggage.
I only stayed the one night passing through but was supplied with a first class bed, warm shower, plenty of towels, shampoo and conditioner and enough coffee granules to lunch a fleet. Easy and restful. Met my needs perfectly
Nothing, all excellent
a very nice room, clean, modern
our room was at the front of the house and the sounds of the street were quite loud ( till very late)
Shower room/toilet very narrow
Excellent, large room. Comfortable bed. Perfect breakfast. Cooked food to order and charged appropriately. Pleasant and interesting host/hotelier.
No lift. Steep, narrow stairs. Very cramped toilet. Not for elderly or larger person. tv couldn't be turned up much as disturbed people in next room.
Conviniently located near city centre, has its own free parking for night time and nearby public parking for which produces free parking voucher. Great for tourists - do not need to concern about details!
close to town central location
noisy seagulls first thing in the morning?
Lovely B&B, was very perfect. The B&B staff were very nice. Thanks.
