Best Western Plus Seraphine Hammersmith Hotel    

Hotel molt nou, fresc I petit que et fa sentir molt a gust. Neteja perfecta I ubicació molt bona.

L´esmorzar és molt just. Però per uns pocs dies passable.

Hotel seemed to have had a recent refit. Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff seemed to be efficient.

Tiniest room I have ever had. It was necessary to climb over the bed to get to the door. Also smallest bathroom ever. Had to wriggle round miniature sink to get to toilet. Breakfast wasn't good. Bread was stale and fruit salad was very dried out. Presumably held over from day before. Coffee was good.

The room was clean.

Tiny room. Double bed was pushed against the wall otherwise it would not fit in the room. This should have been a single room. Noisy. Some you expect but this was excessive. Poor value for money. For the price we paid you would expect a bed you could get in and out of from either side!

Staff tried very hard to meet my needs.

Toiletries and paper products provided such as soap, tissues, etc..were of poor quality. As a frequent traveller I have come to rely on these products and don't pack them anymore. I felt the need to buy some of these at this hotel.

Room very clean. Bed comfortable. Staff efficient. Good choice of continental breakfast when we ate which was before 8.00am so don't know if still extensive choice later on.

There were no complimentary bottles or sachets of toiletries in the bathroom although there was some liquid handwash

convenient for the Hammersmith Appollo

the staircase leading up to reception was a bit off putting; in need of a hoover; but upstairs it was very clean.

Recently refurbished rooms are light, modern, compact and bijou. No window apart from a sort of skylight which worked well. No street noise. Ideal for our city trip, small room but well fitted out, tv, safe, tea/coffee, toiletries. We found the staff helpful. 30 min. from Heathrow on tube.

I little more variety in the continental breakfast would be appreciated.

The hotel is very clean and cozy.The triple room size is compact and not too bad for 3 guests but you are supposed not too be chubby.We were quite pleasure to stay at this hotel and made the most of our trips.

I had to tell the front to note that the shower bath in our room was run out twice time,the rest was acceptable.

Very very noisy water pipes in bedroom which woke up up a few times in the night. Breakfast awful. Low stock and little choice.

Very basic hotel... Small bed! But nice bathroom clean with good sized powerful shower. I stayed on a Monday and the sound from the street and corridor undoubtedly disturbed our sleep. Regardless an excellent location to stay for a concert at the Apollo!

Very clean and great location

Small room for the price

My experience with this hotel was in general very good. I came running from the previous hotel which was horrible, and asked to come early a couple of nights with the same rate. The management gave me one additional night earlier to my original booking with the same rate. I am happy about that. The location is excellent, The service is excellent. I diffidently recommend the hotel for singles or couples on a budget

Very small rooms (We couldn't open the baby cot during the day because it blocked the bathroom door and the room door !!) I asked for a bigger room. They had one slightly bigger available but is costed more and they declined a free upgrade. The breakfast is only cold. No hot breakfast here. Bummer

The hotel is definitely NOT value for its cost. The way it is run looks stingy and it doesn't give a very good impression. The breakfast is cheap and the toiletries in the bathroom are not being filled regularly. Everything looks like it is on a budget, except for the price.
