With great views over London, this hotel offers modern rooms and 24-hour reception. It is just a few hundred metres from Ravenscourt Park Underground Station.

The room I was allocated (108)was downright disgusting - how can you sell this room at £139 a night when you cannot access the bathroom without climbing over the bed. I commented on this, as it is a health and safety issue, to the receptionist who retorted "yes some of the rooms are a little small". I will not be using this hotel again and revert back to the Premier Inn where comfort is paramount to their guests. I have photographed this room to be cascaded via Twitter.
It was reasonably priced and convenient for the Apollo and the tube.
Double bed seemed very narrow.
Good location. Good breakfast considering just a continental, plenty of choice.
Room very warm and little ventilation. Not very spacious for a 'executive triple'. When turned air con on to get some cool air had to turn it off immediately as it smelt strongly of stale urine.
Location was excellent for the purpose of our stay. Price wasnt expensive
The location was great for the Apollo theatre and plenty of places to eat nearby, Room was spotless with exceptional fixtures and fittings.
Nothing at all.
The location. The peace and quiet.
I was fobbed off with an inferior room on my first night. Fair enough , I was transferred to a good room the next day,but I expect when I book a room for 4 nights, I get what I pay for. Also, breakfast is very basic.
Very clean modern hotel with very helpful staff.
Very clean and beautifully decorated. We had a very small room but the space was used perfectly. We booked half an hour before arriving and only payed £80 for a Saturday night which is excellent for London. Very good shower and staff were polite and tended to our every need.
The bed was a bit hard and small, but me and the mrs sleep in a super king size at home so any bed smaller than that seems small!
Location Wifi Room Bathroom Breakfast Price
The location is very good
Humidity in the bathroom Room small
Because if I had a cat I would have no room to swing it. Congratulations Room 101 has got to be the biggest broom closet in the hotel . Sadly its got to be the smallest room
A good eye to design, very intelligent individual touches. It makes me want to stay again so that I can see how the other rooms are furnished.
The staff were very helpful, we had to check in late due to flight disruptions, staff were helpful and served us some drinks etc. Asked for an irn board and were given this straight away. Breakfast was continental but good selection of goodies. Bottles of water provided also. Showers are amazing and beds very comfortable. I will stay again.
The air conditioning kept me awake for a while but then realised I hadnt switched it off,
Shower ok . Bed ok . Room ok
It was ok for what i payed for it
Email request delt with efficiently
Couldn't get the air conditioning to work
WiFi and breakfast included. Comfortable bed. Very close to Hammersmith station, shopping, and food.
Excellent proximity to Hammersmith Apollo (Kate Bush), transport, shopping district and eateries.
Expensive tariff (Kate Bush?) for a very small room. There were difficulties with the lift while I was there and had to struggle with luggage and stairs.
The staff were pleasant and helpful. The in-room WiFi had an acceptably strong signal (which is not something one can count on, in general), and separate logins were provided for each of my devices. Plenty of closet/storage space, including an ingenious use of under-bed luggage storage. Located a short walk from the two different Hammersmith tubeway stops (one for the Hammersmith & City and Circle lines, the other for the Piccadilly and District lines), so easy access to all of Greater London. Room was quiet and free from noise interference from other rooms. The in-room complimentary coffee-tea was stocked with enough supplies for two adults to each have two cups of tea/coffee with cream each morning. A nice touch.
Lifts don't go above the lobby/reception level after 11PM -- a concern for people with accessibility issues. Minor quibbles: -- WiFi connections dropped or were logged out/timed out quite often. A bit annoying to have to re-login constantly -- The room, while not uncomfortable, was in fact quite, er...intimate. And I'm not one to complain about room size at hotels, in general.
Nice and clean, location well within reach of tube, King Street had all the shops you'd need within walking distance
Shame they didn't check the lights in room and bathroom didn't work.
Great location for the Eventim Apollo. Friendly staff. Ample continental breakfast choices.
Only window in the room was a skylight.
No net curtains
Everything apart from the room size.
Very small room.
