The W14 Hotel features award-winning, 3-star accommodations in London’s Kensington district. Consisting of 4 Victorian town houses, it mixes contemporary décor with many traditional old features.
Score from 564 reviews Good
This modern hotel has contemporary air-conditioned rooms in West London, only half a mile from 2 Tube Stations (subway). Guests are a 5-minute walk from shops and the Hammersmith Apollo concert venue....
Score from 269 reviews Very good
Ideally located near London’s West End, this Townhouse hotel is close to Earl's Court and a 2 minute walk from the Tube (subway).

With great views of London, this hotel has modern rooms and a 24-hour front desk. It is just a few hundred feet from Ravenscourt Park U-Bahn (subway) Station.

Whatever we required we received promptly & professionally. Will use this hotel in the future as it is very near to both the lyric & apollo theatres.
We were happy about this hotel being so close to the tube, also to various shopping centres and pubs, room was reasonable size for 3 people. Breakfast was a bonus.
Staff don't seem to be very happy.
Just stay one night everything is good
No bad experience
Everything was in order, nice bed , nice and clean. Didnt get up for breakfst so cant comment on that.
The breakfast was included in the room rate, so we weren't expecting much! However we were very pleasantly surprised; it was much better than expected and the lovely croissants were just nicely warm.
Room very small and rather stuffy, even though we found the controls for the skylight, which could have been ineffective had it rained....... The shower was clean, modern and powerful, but the lack of ventilation may have contributed to a slightly fusty smell on entering the room.
No window in bedroom only a skylight.
Location was very suitable Close to train station
Staff were not very enthousiastic Room was relatively too small for a double bed, there was little space to move arpund. Hot water from bathroom shower was very erratic Lift was no reliable / not functioning propoerly
Great Hotel with very reasonable cost. Clean and Modern. Situated in Hammersmith which is Excellent to go anywhere in London
Breakfast can improve.
Our room had no window, so it felt quite boxy
Location, room, staff, facilities all great
Pictures made room look a good size for the executive suite, it was small and noisy. Wouldn't use that hotel again.
Headline provides a big clue - stayed in the hotel to attend company Christmas party after arriving back from a trip to Paris. Room was excellent, although it did feel strange not having a conventional window, waking up and watching grey London clouds was a new experience for me. Staff were very helpful - will be using this hotel again should the need arise.
The shower was the most powerful I have come across and I am a builder. Quite room even though the hotel is on the main rd
The single room was very small but adequate for just sleeping
-Free wifi -Clean shower room
I paid extra £25 on top of my booking fee for an "Executive Double Room" but its size was pretty small. The bed itself was too small and not comfortable at all (for two adults). Also, breakfast was terrible with very limited variety but even worse I had to wait for something due to being ran out!! Not a good memory I shall say.
The location is fantastic. It's on the Tube line from Heathrow, and is the intersection for going north, south and all over on the Tube. My room was incredibly well appointed - had everything I needed and more. Very cozy (i.e., small) and everything was clean, new, painted, etc. No shabbiness whatsoever. The free breakfast was very generous and fresh (unusual in these less expensive hotels) and just what you needed to start your busy day. These is not a hotel to lounge about in - definitely for the "got a full day of stuff to do" type of person and come back to very cozy, warm, inviting room.
Hotel is small but had all we needed
The hotel is in a good location, with train and bus transport on the door step.
Unbelievably small, stuffy room facing onto very busy King Street, without sound proofed windows. Incredibly noisy with a truck loading zone opposite and trucks arriving from 5.30am. A loose man hole cover on the road that every car runs over! Breakfast on the 1st day was OK, but on the 2nd, it seemed liked the fruit salad had been watered down and was just tasteless. Not good value for money and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Perhaps check if the room faces onto King Street first. Other rooms may be better. WIFI slow and poor.
placee was very good: - near to the train station - near to shoping center
I enjoyed the luxurious decor , comfy bed , excellent shower and decent bbreakfast. The staff were helpful , the receptionist in particular.
My ssister'sroom on the main road was very noisy.
Location, easy to find and central
Nice hotel, good location, friendly staff, free wifi
Boring breakfast - missing any vegetables
Walking distance to the Hammersmith Apollo, which was the reason for our stay. Room nicely decorated... Good shower
Booked a double room... Got the smallest single room I've ever stayed in, with a double bed in it. Paid additional £9.99 each for a "Full English" breakfast... Do not bother; it was poor and luke warm.
Nice bathroom, very clean Free wifi that actually worked
Poor coffee/tea/biscuits in room No cooked breakfast I thought a little pricey, but it is London after all. However I would expect the above to be better for the price I paid
We were watching a show at the Eventim Apollo, so this was an ideal location to stay at.
This hotel was excellent. A 5 minute walk to the tube and the Apollo, spacious rooms for a London hotel, clean, well maintained and very polite staff. We'll be staying again.
The TV was strangely positioned in the room, which meant we couldn't watch it from the bed and it would have been nice to be offered to upgrade to a cooked breakfast when we checked in as we didn't realise until the next day that it was an option and we definitely would have paid the extra for it.
