This modern hotel has contemporary air-conditioned rooms in West London, only half a mile from 2 Tube Stations (subway). Guests are a 5-minute walk from shops and the Hammersmith Apollo concert venue....

Although further out of centre , location easy to find, and close to tube lines. Ideal for Apollo. Room clean and functional. Had a new shower room/toilet, with lovely heated floor, though lighting not brilliant over sink mirror. Very quiet, no noise disturbances with our room, though we only had a roof light in ours. If we had faced the street I guess it may have been noisier. Pretty good choice for a continental breakfast.
Room was very compact. Could barely walk past the end of the bed. Bed light was damaged badly and not working. No saucers for breakfast cups.
Location was good and although no parking facilities on site located within 5 mins' walk of a couple of car parks.
The soft furnishings were stained and there was a condom wrapper in the room when we arrived. We were less than impressed to be disturbed by the staff slamming doors and hoovering at 5am - the explanation offered was 'a burst water pipe'. We got a £16-off voucher for any future stay, which is good and well but not very useful. Shame.
Location- daughters party next door. good shops nearby, easy access to tube, staff nice, breakfast ok.
minuscule room, bed small, bathroom, entrance insignificant,
A hidden gem in Hammersmith. Ideal location.
Size of the room a bit small. Breakfast... Cold. Bad coffee...
location was excellent breakfast ok wifi was free really hard to get room warm
no hot water in shower freezing cold bathroom tiny room very noisy
Nice shower room
Tiny room, hardly any space around the bed to gain acces to desk and clothes racks.
Modern rooms if a little small. Very clean, good extras in the room.
Staff very disinterested. Did not tell us that if you want a hot breakfast, you have to order it the night before. That is ridiculous in a supposedly 4 star hotel. We decided not to have room service because we wanted a cooked breakfast and then ended up with a Continental one anyway! Very unhappy. Parking is a bit awkward too but this is London!
The hotel and rooms are very nicely decorated and stylish. Little details such as positions of additional coloured lights along the headboard and in the shower room were a nice touch.
Shower became scalding hot for a few seconds every now and then.
Locate in a quiet corner just behind main shopping center. Very few vehicles pass by this narrow lane. The room is comfortable with the bathroom floor heated. Breakfast was good and more than enough for all guests. The staff were friendly and very helpful and polite
Nothing serious that I can think of
Service was good - people are nice and friendly
Bed very small - room very small - road noise terrible...and I am a deep sleeper! Bagging noise like hammering in the morning. Wouldn't use this chain again - premier inn are value for money
Hotel only a 5 minute walk to Eventim Apollo. Clean room, nice food in the restaurant.
Room was a little bit small
Servicio y atención de recepción. Hora check in, 14:00 Ruidoso Habitación muy pequeña. Muy mala wi fi, no puedes hacer nada. Customer service at Reception horrible. Check in not allow till 2nd Noisy place and very small room. Very bad Wi Fi, BTW it wasn't posible to use it for check my emails
Location (Hammersmith, excellent for Heathrow arrivals and underground connection to all directions) fast wifi, comphy bed with duvet and enough extra pillows, just redecorated (my room was on the 3rd floor), breakfast, hot cappucchino included, restaurant had enough spaces to sit and 2 tv's on, so when you travel alone you can watch the news (subtitled, as sound is off) - would stay here again when the price is right.
The fake (flower) smell, yuk, never like that in a hotel room, makes me long for an open window, which the 3rd floor hasn't. (did have a sky light) So there's enough daylight in the room, but no fresh air. TV remote was missing (but collected quickly when asked for) - enough hot water in the evening but my morning shower was luke warm only.
Great location a few minutes walk from tube
The room was the smallest double I have ever stayed in. Narrow entrance and no room for a case. The bed was not huge but took up nearly all the room. Very poor compared to other hotels for similar money in London
Great location, very friendly staff. Everything was spotlessly clean and well presented. Continental breakfast was good. Free Wi-Fi on multiple devices was great too.
Only real issue was how small the room is. I had to literally "Starsky and Hutch" it over the bed to get to the ensuite bathroom which was also small but perfectly nice. I found it funny but some people won't be happy.
Clean and comfortable - good choice on breakfast buffet.
Couldn't open bedroom window.
Room was well decorated and contained all of the night away essentials such as tea making facilities.
With the room being so close to reception/bar there was a lot of noise throughout all hours of the night/morning, for future reference guests should be asked if they agree with the location of the room due to the noise.
Nice place to stay and within walking distance to appolo and train station
I really enjoy coming to the Seraphine Hammersmith hotel, being close to all the amenities means that there is always something to do even when on business.
Seraphine best-western do not offer in-house room service and use an external company that delivers the food. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the service provided by the external company the cost, length of time you had to wait and quality was not acceptable/adequate
Quick check in & out and comfy bed. Also the bathroom was brand new and very clean. And bed was very comfortable.
Guess its not my fault but the room is VERY small, fortunately i was there only one night. And for one is okay for a couple nights. But as a couple for a long stay there is only a couple feet floor space.
The price, proximity to tube & helpfulness of staff.
No windows in room except one in ceiling (but got use to it by end). Poor quality of toilet flush. It broke when I pressed it got repaired within 24 hrs yet broke again when next used.
Rooms were very clean!
Wifi was a bit poor
New, clean, quiet and comfortable
Room was a bit small for 2 but great for one
Staff were helpful, room was spacious and quiet. Spent a Saturday night and we didn't hear a thing. Bed was surprisingly comfortable (been in other London properties for similar price where beds have been dreadful).
