An elegant 19th-century town house, Millennium Bailey's Hotel is centrally located in Kensington. These luxurious rooms are only a 100m from the Gloucester Road Tube Station.
Score from 574 reviews Very good
I had to move after one night and the so called double executive room was a very dark small room to the back where even one Person had Trouble to open a small suitcase. The rooms to the front are so loud that you think you live next to a motorway
Helpful, friendly staff. Very well appointed room with excellent fittings. reasonable cost.
Traffic noise from Kensington High Street. Windows don't fit as well as they should. Couldn't turn on/off the lights without removing room card.
This is a very pleasant, small hotel, extremely convenient for what we wanted,ie Royal Albert Hall and easily accessible restaurants, etc.
good breakfast, complimentary toiletries, water free wifi close to tube on circle line
room slightly on the small side
Location was great. Breakfast was good.
No elevator to reception. Room not cleaned to our liking. Not even a soda machine on site for cold drinks. The street and club across street was so noisy it was hard to sleep. Noise went on to 3 a.m. No pamphlets about things to do at front desk.
Perfect for our needs, walking distance of Albert Hall, Kensington Gardens and Palace. Good local eateries and shopping. Staff more than helpful and accommodating. If in the area would definitely use again.
Fine for us but stair case might be a little difficult for less mobile, those with small children or carrying lots of luggage. Our room was fine but compact, again tricky if the above points apply.
We arrived early, I paid the bill on arrival and we were given our key, we were told the deluxe room we had booked would be ready two I clock. When we want back it was three I clock, we walked into the room and the bed had just been slept in and the bathroom a mess. We phoned reception they changed our room to a much smaller bedroom and bathroom straight away. I would like to know please if the new room we were allocated was the same rate as the original room we paid for.
Location to the Royal Albert Hall, very short walk. Wonderful shower, large and powerful. Good price for London, £135 double room with continental breakfast. Very quiet, no street noise at all.
The bed like sleeping on a board only two pillows , two on top of the wardrobe but no pillow cases.
The bed comfort The breakfast pretty basic
The location was perfect as we were going to the Royal Albert Hall in the evening. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our short stay.
Nothing. We were happy with everything.
The hotel very good parking not good we had a disabled person with us and just managed but ok only there one night we have stopped around this area a couple of times and places all with in walking distance
Parking is not cheap
Overall good hotel, close to Royal Albert Hall by foot, in a very nice area
Room was tiny, but fine for just 1 night
Location is great and rooms are functional. Great shower system. Wi fi very good.
The single room is very tiny and I hated the sink that is almost useless due to its size less than mini!!!
Staff were excellent. Very convenient location. Good and varied breakfast. Shower was more than perfect. Room cleanliness was fine. Very good WiFi service.
Very small bathroom with a mirror located above the toilet which was odd. very small room that has limited space to move around as well as placing luggage.
- booked this hotel twice in the last 12 months and both times troubles - booked double room for 5 nights, but upon arrival offered a single room - only hotel i have been so far, where i had to pay for the stay on check-in (what is the criteria for this as i noticed some other clients paid on day on departure?!) - using of my credit card details without my authorisation!
Location central Big bathroom
Very poor lighting in room Lack of mirrors Limited breakfast Generally very hot
We liked the beautiful location in a lively street with restaurants and shops In Kensingon just in front of the Kensington Gardens and we enjoyed our stay in the comfortable and quiet junior suite with nice beds and bathroom.
Breakfast was good, but with a rather limited choice in a small breakfast room.
Although a small hotel, the facilities were very well managed and the staff were very understanding and flexible. It is very close to several nice and reasonable eating places and I do recommend it.
Lumpy pillows and hard bed
Location Comfortable bed Very good bathroom
Breakfast Modern Room
Small single bed - lumpy and uncomfortable
We stayed for 2 nights. Loved this hotel. Clean, modern, excellent shower, best we have used. Tea and coffee and bottles of water in the room. No extra charge. Good location lots of bars and restaurants nearby. would definately stay again and recommend this hotel.
Room was compact however there was good use of spaceand as we were only there for two days it was fine.
The shower facilities were excellent. The location was ideal for the area we needed to visit
Staircase to reception from the roadway was grubby. Reception doubled as a dining room. Breakfast was mediocre to say the least. Staff on reception were also serving themselves breakfast The lounge area was also the dining room. Bedroom was an executive but extremely small and dark. Nowhere to put our cases. Fresh towels on our second day did not include hand towels. Wouldn't stay there again under any circumstances and not a 4 star hotel
