The friendliness of the staff, the comfortable bed, rear room location with no noise and breakfast service in the room. Minute bathroom basin and poor lighting over the basin plus limited room space. |

The location, being very handy for the Royal Albert Hall and Ken High St. Owing to its new refurbishment, everything was sparkly and clean. The staff were polite and courteous. We stayed in a 'suite' which was a generous term in anyone's book. The night receptionist had no knowledge of the bar, nor of any of its contents. |

Small, quiet, friendly. Excellent Internet connections, good buffet breakfast. Hot water seemed to fail both mornings! Cold showers in December are not welcome. |

Small, but beautifully appointed room, perfect location for the Albert Hall and Kensington/Knightsbridge shopping. The staff are great - really helpful and the hotel makes the very best of its limited space. |

I stayed in a single room which was small but very adequate and comfortable. The room was clean and attractive and the shower room was particularly clean and pleasant. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others. |

Although the room was small everything about it was so tastefully done, it was quiet, the bed very comfortable and the staff very polite and attentive to our needs even down to holding the door open for us on more than one occassion. Excellent location for Albert Hall & Harrods Only the bread used for toast, a thicker slice and better quality bread like a nice granary or similar would have made it perfect |

At 11am on the day of arrival, I was re-booked into a different hotel miles away in the city. They suffered a "flood". |

Very friendly staff and rooms all very clean and modern. After surprise of how small it is, staff were helpful and rooms were ideal for a short break/city break. Very much enjoyed our stay. We will definitely recommend to friends and stay there again. Initial reaction was that it is very small and more like a b&b the description could be more accurate but this did not affect our enjoyment of our visit. |

Central Position... friendly staff Reception is up one flight of stairs with no lift... so if you have a big suitcase (like i did) then can be a bit of a struggle... however the reception staff were very quick to come down and help me.. so cant complain too much |

The Hotel staff were of extrmely hospitable, we had everyone trying to extend their full help to ensure we had a pleasant stay, even the General Manager. Everything was great about the place, the only negative would be the narrow stairs leading to the reception. |

The Hotel staff were helpful, obliging and friendly, our room was well appointed, and very clean and well maintained (recently refurbished 2009?). the Hotel is in good location with easy access to central London, and all this at a reasonable price. I would definately book here again. The shower room basin was a bit small! |

I liked the design and layout of the hotel and bedroom/en suite. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. Easy walking distance of tube station and Royal Albert Hall. The noise from traffic was bad and we could hear people talking below in the next door coffee shop/bar until the early hours. The double glazing was ineffective as a sound barrier. The wash hand basin was extremely small and there was no mirror over and no light for make-up at the dressing table area in the bedroom. |

There was a high standard of cleaniless which is rare these days. But that might have had something to do with this being a new place. It would be interesting to see if the hotel manage to maintain this level after having been open for several months. The staff (particularly the guy at reception) were very helpful. Location is excellent, so as they say 'it's a trade-off'. Free wifi was a great plus too! The room I had was very small, but probably adequate for just an overnight - which is what I had. Had to have a 'luke warm' shower which was not pleasant - not sure if this was due to a faulty heating system or just that soemone forgot to switch it on. The breakfast was very basic, and although I did get a 'full breakfast' this is pre-ordered from 'Giraffe' below and when I got it it was just warm. The dining room was very small and certainly not adequate for a hotel. It really felt like all the guests were on top of each other. I think the only thing that prevented real problems was that people came to breakfast in dribs and drabs and not at once (which would have been a nightmare). Please allow more room for dining !! |

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just opposite Kensington Palace and the gardens. The room quality is by far superior to what I have previously had to stay in when in London. The rooms have all the facilities that you would expect and more like free WiFi. Breakfast was included. The ultimate thing is that the staff are always going out of their way to help. Excellent all round |

Very nice design finishes in the room. Everything looked new and clean. Great shower! Even though we had double glazing, the noise from the street outside our room kep us up most of the night. Pillows were too big - only one thickness to choose from. TV was a great flat screen, but badly positioned to the side of the room, so hard to see from the bed. Also for some reason the digital menus didn't work, so no TV guide, couldn't access hotel info on the TV or access radio or pay-for movies. |

The hotel is newly renovated and this was done very nicely, with good solutions and decorations to make the rooms look and feel more spacious. We liked the Room, even though it was very small, which was ok for mother and daughter travelling together. The bathroom was small but nice, also renovated and very clean.Good shower. The continental Breakfast needs to be improved. |
