The location for us was perfect we had lovely walks in hyde park and holland park and shopped in harrods, harvey nichols and high street kensington. There is nothing we did not like however i am glad we booked a suite as i think maybe a room would have been a little small, as the hotel was small. |

Very disappointing that there is no wheelchair access from Kensington High Street (the main entrance) and how do you get away without handrails on both sides of the stairs? The telephone in my disabled accessible room was too far away from the bed so, as a disabled person, when the phone rang I could not answer it. |

Helpful and kind staff. Clean and cosy rooms. Well-located. Single rooms are tiny. Better to book for a double room. |

My room was small but perfect for the night. As long as I knew I could stay in a back room, away from the street, I'd stay again. The staff were excellent also. I could not stay in a room next to the street, just too noisy. |

The location was the most attractive thing about this hotel. The rooms were very small and not atall like the the photo, the cost was very high in comparison with other hotels and the facilities were minimal. The hotel also failed to give me a wake up call as requested, and did not ask if this inconvenienced me, or what they might do to assist. |

The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was immaculate. The bathroom was extremely modern and spotless. The continental breakfast was extensive and included in the price. On arrival, before we had even got to the bottom of the stairs a member of staff had come to help us with our bags, and also carried them down again for us when we left. They also recommended a place to eat, before we ambled off to the Royal Albert Hall which was less than half a mile away.Excellent. The only thing, personally, I would have liked a bigger bed. |

The hotel is very clean and staff are very helpful and friendly. I was disgusted by the fact that i booked a junior suite and my daugher had to sleep on a camp fold away bed. |

Really good location and handy to Tube and buses, staff friendly and helpful, good breakfast, nice decor and very clean rooms. The bathrooms, despite being tiny, were very functional. On the first night we stayed in a first floor room and you could hear muffled noise from a bar below but the staff were very obliging when we complained and after we were moved the next day to a higher floor it was very quiet. The double executive room was very small so, if space is important, book a bigger room. |

The hotel is excellently located, and staff were friendly and helpful. The air-conditioning in our room wasn't effective, making it very hot in the night, which would be okay if the duvet had been thinner or changed to a blanket. Also, breakfast was lack of choices, and too plain. |

The staffs are very helpful. We had jet lag and woke up around 6:00 am for 2 mornings, a staff just had breakfast ready for us, which suppose to start 7:00 am. The room was very clean and the design is modern. The location is very good and central. The size of the room is a bit small. |

Hotel is in a great location, right across from Kensington Gardens, close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and staff was helpful. It is a city location, so city noise can always be an issue. |

Location was good; near the subway for easy travel throughout the city, and near Kensington Park. The attention to detail was poor. We had two rooms, a suite for our kids and a regular room for us. Our room had a lamp that was missing a lightbulb, an outlet that was broken, and the safes in both rooms did not work (one was lacking batteries and the other had corroded batteries). The air conditioning was poor in the suite, whereas our room, which was 2 rooms away, was fine. |
