Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and good value for money. The rooms were a wee bit small but, very comfortable and nicely decorated. Location was perfect for the Albert Hall and parking was available close by. |

Everything in hotel is new, that is a big plus. Staff is very very kind, for example; breakfast in room for free on request. We had room in the back, which was away from busy High Street Kengsinton, therefore quiet. Hotel is smack front of Kengsinton Garden (right next to Hyde Park). Whole Foods flagshipstore is just 1 minute walk away; excellent! Everything else is in pleasently walking distance (Natural History & V&A, Buckingham Palace). Or take the Underground (2 min walk). Reception is on first floor, only accessible via stairs. Though remaining floors have a (small) lift If you have heavy bagage, you could ask staff to carry it. Our room was very nice, a bit on the small size (but efficiently organised). Our bed was comfortable; very clean w/ crispy white sheets, wide enough for 2 people and very good pillows. Maybe for some who are considerebly taller, the bed might be shortish (I am 1,76m and the bed fitted with somewhat to spare). |

We liked the clean, stylish rooms, the very attentive and helpful staff and the great location for shopping and nightlife. Don't let the very humble entrance fool you, this is a great small hotel. Small rooms, but we expected that given the location and price. |

The hotel is small but well positioned. The staff were excellant. The rooms are pleasant and well furnished. A great place to stay for business or pleasure. There are no restaurant facilities (breakfast is served in the reception area) but there are many very good restaurants within close distance. Great for the Albert Hall |

The hotel was clean, staff helpful. The location was very good for the Albert Hall, kensington palace and reasonable for the museums.Good for bus routes and tube. There are 2 flights of stairs to the reception, but a lift to higher rooms. The hotel is very small which could be a problem if busy. The stairs problem was not mentioned on your website. |

Close to Royal Albert Hall & heart of Kensington, within a mile of Knightsbridge; Hyde Park just across the road, it was a really good central point. The room was exceptionally clean and the facilities good. Not really, the staff were quite new and eager to please; flip side is that things took a little longer to sort out, e.g. getting breakfast, but this is a minor point and overall I have no grounds for complaint. |

A small hotel well located with friendly hotel staff. The room was clean and with a nice view over hyde park. A very good place to stay for visiting london with the sightseeing bus right at the door, the tube in 5 mins walk and a bus stop with a lot of bus to key points of the city right at the door too. A lot of shops in high street kensington and some nice restaurants. The only thing i can point out is the small entrance and stairs we had to climb to get to the reception but it is a minor problem compared to all the rest. |

The hotel design was very modern, the staff were extremely helpful & it was a great location for central London shopping. The club next door had their music on until 5am so we got no sleep, but the reception staff assure us it was due to it being nye. But regardless of that it kept us awake until the early hours! |

Ideal location for the Royal Albert Hall and looked like it had been recently refurbished to a high standard. Not sure why some previous reviews didn't rate the breakfast; it was a really good quality and plenty of variety. |

The location, being very handy for the Royal Albert Hall and Ken High St. Owing to its new refurbishment, everything was sparkly and clean. The staff were polite and courteous. We stayed in a 'suite' which was a generous term in anyone's book. The night receptionist had no knowledge of the bar, nor of any of its contents. |
