Well located Staff friendly Everything worked 46 stairs to the bedroom No lift on ground floor Smallest room we have ever had in ANY city in the world. Could just squeeze leg between bed and dressing table and impossible to walk past end of bed had to shuffle sideways to get past!

Small hotel and well positioned for the Royal Albert Hall The rooms at the front of the hotel are noisy due to the night club opposite, although my wife slept through it.

The Seraphine on Kensington High Street is friendly, clean and comfortable. I booked a single room which was certainly compact but well equipped and good. The bed was very comfortable and it wasn't stuffy or hot. The shower room was attractive and had good quality fittings. Breakfast was excellent with a very pleasant atmosphere in the dining room. The position is brilliant - Hyde Park just over the road, Kensington's shops all around and the Albert Hall and Exhibitions within walking distance. Good reasonably priced restaurants all around. Recommended! You have to look carefully to find the Seraphine - its located on the first second and third floors and is accessed by just a single door between two restaurants. As stated the single rooms are a bit small; I didn't see a double.

Enjoyed the convenience of the hotel, as it was near RAH, which suited us fine. It was clean and comfortable, and I would stay there again. Lift was a little un-reliable, so found the stairs to top floor, tiring.

The hotel being so close to our visit place (Albert Hall).Helpful & friendly staff. Excellent choice for breakfast. Nothing about hotel. Our bedroom I think must have been over a bar with music (not connected to hotel) and this was loud enough for us to hear until quite late at night. No criticism of hotel.

The location is wonderfull, the room is very clean and stylish furnished The staff is absolutly helpless, the hotel is no way 4 stars hotel, it is good 3star level. There is no mini-bar (no small fridge) in the room, there is no sewing cit, no shower cup, no shampoo, I even do not mention the bathrobe...the room is very very small, we stayed here for 6 nights, it is very uncomfortable. If you bring one big suitcase you should know that there is no place in the room to place it) the bed is actually to short for people over 1,8m).the hotel suggest the full english breakfast for 10 gbp, which is brought by hotels staff from the Giraffe cafe whish is simply next door (I saw it myself) ...the WiFi has very pure signal (I stayed in the room 206 second floor), I had to use the Giraffe Cloud WiFi, I think it is simply unacceptable and it is a shame for the 4star hotel.i would never recommend this hotel for my friends and for long stays

Location was convenient (grocery stores, Kensington Park, Underground, etc.), staff was friendly, breakfast wasn't bad, good for the price given that internet was included. Did not include a fridge (although it was never advertised as having one), rooms are small but great for backpackers and small groups with limited luggage. Entrance is a small glass door in between a few businesses, easy to walk by if you are not paying attention. Heated towel rack didn't work in my room. Not much to complain about.

Everything was so bad, beggining from the entrance to hotel ( a little door behind cafe),narrow ladder. We had to go up second floor with our case by ladder. Zone of breakfast is so closed to reception , that you can see invoce on the table. Very poor product line for breakfast. Never stay in this hotel.

Excellent location opposite Hyde park, few minutes walk from Albert Hall, shops, bars and restaurants right outside. No parking but we prebooked the ncp under Gardens Hotel directly opposite. Stylish comfy and quiet room. Nice modern bathrooms finished to high standard. Noisy air con (wouldn't have been problem if we'd realised earlier that's what it was as would have turned it off ! Derr) Small room but perfectly adequate.
