Serena Court Hotel

The service and staff was excellent. We enjoyed every minute in this hotel. We would definately go back. Excellent location.

Staff were friendly, helpful....in fact couldn't do enough for us. Advised on where good to go for a meal in evening, even gave us a lift to the restaurant!! Thank you

Just had a one night stay,and was very happy with the choice of hotel. A good location a few minutes walk from the town centre and front but out of the way to be quiet,free street parking.The owners were really nice and friendly,the hotel was in good condition and spotless,our room nice, although on the small side(thus only 4 out of 5),good plentiful breakfast. If i return to Skegness,i would definately stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Lovely hotel and great people. Really nice rooms. Very clean and pleasant place to stop. Whatever the person who left the review stating a zero for cleanliness was thinking I don't know! Serena court was very clean and spot on. Will definitely stay again. Thanks for a great weekend.

The Hotel is in a good location, it is not in a very busy area so you get the peace of mind however the town and amusements etc are very easy to access. The hotel is very cozy and feels like home away ftom home. Our hosts were very welcoming and offeted s first class service.

There was not anything that we did not like about this place, it was ideal for us and would love to visit again.

i enjoyed the warm welcome we recieved and the owners were very friendly ,nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotlessly clean and breakfast was lovely I would stay there again without any hesitation.

Be hard to find two more amiable hotelier's than Chris and Phil, nothing seemed to much trouble and though our room was a little snug it was very clean, bearing in mind it was a bank holiday and the hotel was fully booked, we were only staying two nights but Phil did ask us if we would like to change rooms for the second night as a room had been vacated. So if you are looking for a place to lay your head along with a belting breakfast away from the hustle and bustle but a mere stones throw away from it you will find it difficult to beat the location and hospitality of Chris and Phil at the Serena Court.

This was without doubt one of the best, if not the best, small hotel we have ever stayed in. Chris and Phil were just the perfect hosts. From arrival to departure you could not have wished for more. The hotel was clean, bright and well decorated. We were greeted with a cup of tea on arrival and our luggage was taken to the room.We stayed over the bank holiday weekend. The breakfast was just superb a real gut buster. Would definitely return if in Skeggy and would not hesitate to recommend.We were even entertained by a dove sitting on her nest, which was on the satellite dish right outside our bedroom (room 12) window. everything lovely nothing we didnt like

A very warm welcome was given to us by Phil & Chris. After settling in we were invited to a pot of tea on the front patio. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room was first class, breakfast was excellent, as much as we could eat. Chris and Phil did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. On our departure Chris gave us a smashing hug. We strongley recommend this hotel. Should anyone fault this accomodation they must be form another planet. We will return often. Our opinion 200% Sheila&Robert

We could not dislike every second we spent in the hotel

We were made to feel very welcome. Enjoyed the whole weekend, we were very pleased with the room that we had and the faciclities in it. Will definatly recomend and stay again in future.

There was nothing

I have read a few negative reviews on this hotel and would like to point out that anyone who reads them to just please ignore them the people that wrote them haven't got a clue what they are talking about and must of been molly coddled all there lives. This hotel is fantastically run CLEAN,easy to get to and the staff are brilliant. The breakfast was also very good. I have stayed many times in skegness and this without doubt the best one I have stayed in we will defintley go back in the future.(paddy)

We received a very warm welcome from the proprietors Chris and Phil who went that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, such as the much welcomed cup of tea on arrival after our long journey . The room was clean and bright and the full English breakfast was a feast in itself. Nothing was too much trouble for Chris and Phil and we would recommend this hotel for a relaxing break. It is in a quite residential area but only a few minutes walk from the town and seafront.

Phill and Christine were the perfect hosts. The hotel was very clean and frendly.The food was very nice.

Warm and friendly welcome. lovely brakfast. Very clean.convenient for everything in Skegness. Within reach of Gibraltar Point nature reserve, also sea world and other places of interest eg Gunby House. Beach very near.

The sausages on the breakfast were tasteless and cheap. That's my only complaint

The owners were amazing, they could not do more to make our stay as pleasant as possible!

Room and en suite on the small side, things were a little cramped.
