The B&B was clean, well located not far away from the centre. nice view from the window on the city. The staff who received us was very friendly and gave many explanations. The breakfast was good.

The bathroom was awfully small, you nearly had to sit on the toilet to wash hands... The staff at breakfast was not overly friendly. The town was not very animated

The staff were very knowledgable of the area and extremely helpful. The room had views of the walled city and was beautifully lit at night.

We stayed here for 3 nights for a friend's wedding and had a very comfortable stay. The room was quiet and a good size with a nice bed and a brilliant view over the Bogside, St Eugene's and back towards the City walls of Derry. The cooked breakfast was quite tasty and the staff were very friendly and helpful in their tips for how to maximise our enjoyment of Derry and the local area.

The room was quite hot and stuffy at times (although the weather was extremely unusually hot for the area!), but we could comfortably cool down by leaving the window open without sound being an issue.

We stayed overnight for the walled city marathon which was an early morning start but were blankly told that that breakfast was not until 8am even though we had to leave at 6.30am. All we wanted was cerial but our keeper would not make any effort to accommodate us and just kept saying that the kitchen would be locked. We were allowed then to take up cerial to our room for the morning but had to go to the shop to get our own milk and have warm milk with our cerial in the morning. I would expect anyone coming to stay for a Marathon or a similar event would be accommodated in most B+Bs no matter what time in the morning they intended to depart. I would not stay here again due to the lack of hospitality.

Very nice room for a great price. Lots of hot water and pressure in the shower. Very welcoming and friendly family owned business. Free continental breakfast was more then enough to fill me up in the morning.

It's a very steep walk uphill from city center. When we arrived there was no one to let's us in, we went across to angel house and there was no answer there either. This upset me at first but I was probably just grumpy from the uphill walk with a large backpack. When we finally found a phone and called someone came very quickly, the welcome was so warm I forgot all about it

Owner was not on site-had to go down the street to arrange for check in. Charged undisclosed service fee for paying by credit card-only way to avoid it would be to pay cash-not many people pay for lodging with cash.

A warm and welcoming place to stay. Easy walk to the wall and the Troubles museum. Clean, comfortable with a great breakfast. Don't look past here for a great B and B in Derry.

There is nothing bad to say!

    Location prices

Double Bed to small and room full up with 4 beds make it hard to move No apology for broken shower. Staff tell us to use the shower in an other room and hung up. Did not enquire for the problem on the morning
