Serendipity House is set in a lovely period house that has been converted & modernised to provide a friendly B&B. The room was small but clean, tidy and tastefully decorated. The hospitality & service was excellent, very friendly & helpful. Whilst only a short distance to the town centre, Serendipity House is situated at the top of a long steep hill, so elderly people will find it difficult to walk to. However taxi cabs were plentiful, safe & very cheep. The city of Derry is steeped in history and is well worth a visit |

the staff were very friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfy and it was very private where we were able to do our own thing with no interference no towels were provided, and as they are calling themselves a hotel not a b and b i feel that they should have been provided. |

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. We had a large family room with a great view. The hotel was nice but beside a few run down properties.Inside was fine but not as good as I thought it was going to be.Afew upgrades could make it into a really nice place.I felt it just fell short of being good. |

Excellent hosts in Paul and Steven, who were both helpful, giving good advice for local amenities and restaurants. Good breakfasts. Comfortable bed. Central location. Small bedroom and cramped en-suite. |

My room was large, spotless and very comfortable, and Paul's friendly welcome, warmth, hospitality and cooking were wonderful. He made my visit to the city and he deserves every success with his excellent business. |

An excellent Bed and Breakfast, which doesn't pretend to be an hotel, but provides those extras that you would normally associate with one e.g. free wifi and space to sit out overlooking Derry (allowing for the weather!). Just the occasional noisy guest - but I suppose one has to live with that! Most probably down to the quality of the Guinness in Derry!! |

We stayed at the Serendipity B+B due to a wedding exhibition close by which my new company had a stand at. After our first day at the exhibition we were all greeted by Stephen who kindly took my suitcase to our room. Our breakfast in the morning was excellent with cereal and freshly made scones to start with juice followed by a nice fry up made by Stephen. We were slightly disappointed with the room as it wasn't as stated on booking. We had been promised a double and 2 single beds, however we got a double and 2bunk beds, I had to allow my granny of 65 get on the top bunk. The room was a decent size once you stood near the double bed but a slight squeeze near the bunks when you tried to open the bathroom door or squeezing past to get out of the room. |
