Cleanliness and very comfy rooms. Staff were very gentle and friendly. The offered help in all matters. I felt like I am in my family home, very organised, quite, spacious room, and tidy. Service of 5 star hotel. And I will book it again if I visit Derry. So nice view to city centre, 7mins walk to town. By all means its worthed more the price I paid.

Fantastic! We were expected and met with coffee and freshly baked cakes. the room was spacious and we were lucky to have a view over the Bogside to the city walls. The continental breakfast was very good with yoghurt, fruit and cold cuts as well as cereal and freshly baked scones and cake. walking into the city was easy and was a relief on the way back as there was such a huge variety of deals on food in Derry. I can't speak highly enough of the house and the fun people who run it.

This hotel shows what can be achieved with great design and an attention to detail. It's a Victorian town house on the outside, a stylish guesthouse inside. The staff were fantastic and the room very cosy. Great value for money, highly recommended. The bathroom sink was really far too small, the wi-fi came and went a bit and one socket didn't work but this shouldn't take away from what was overall a great experience in a wonderful little hotel.

Serendipity House was a gorgeous boutique style b and B. The owners were kind, welcoming and helpful, pointing out places to go and interesting things to see. The breakfast was continental with the option to purchase a Full Irish, however we found there was no need. Serendipity House was close to town and I would fully recommend it to others travelling to Derry.

It was warm, comfortable and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were good. It was more like staying in a small hotel than in a b&B. There was no one to ask for help in the evening.

The hotel staff was friendly and they had very useful advises for tourists. From the hotel room we could see a large part of the center of Derry which is quite a nice view. The room was a little small for conveniently storing two suitcases.

The location was good as only takes about 10-minutes to walk right into the centre of Derry. The host, Stephen was very welcoming and could not have done more for you and his cooked breakfasts were excellent. The room I stayed in was compact but had everything you could need and I was extremely comfortable throughout my stay.

During our stay at Serendipity house my daughter and I were treated really well . Steven our host was very attentive and answered any queries we had . He also gave us some recommendations of places to visit etc . The room was clean and modern and overlooked the city which was a 5 minute walk away , downhill then uphill on the way back !

Hosts was very velcoming. Food is exelent. Wiew from terrace is brilliant! I like that park is very close, you can take nice evening walk before go to bed. Room is little bit to small for 3 beds, but as we spent only one night, it was okay for us.
