Room was comfortable, with good washing facilities.Good idea having a ceilng fan, pity it turned off with the light.

Room window very small, making it quite dark in daylight. The fan was good but it should be able to be switched on separate from the light,as the room was very hot during the night. The breakfast (cooked)could be tastier,it was very bland.

This B&B's location is its primary attraction; very close to theatres, galleries and shops around Covent Garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Full English breakfast was included and bedrooms have tea/coffee making facilities. The entrance is manned 24 hours, so no problem for night owls.

This is a B&B for those wishing to spend their days out and about, it's not a 'pamper yourself' hotel! The room was basic but it was very clean; no air conditioning, but there was a ceiling fan. There was a good deal of street noise during the night so this location might not suit light sleepers. There's no lift, so not ideal for anyone daunted by the idea of carrying luggage up three or four storeys. Two oddly ineffective mini soaps were the only offerings in the bathroom, so remember to bring your own toiletries!

great size room, the staff were very friendly and went out of their way for us. We had an amazing sleep with plenty of pillows

the shower was small, with an old curtain and it and the floor wasn't very clean

Location was ok, only 10 mins from theatre.

Mould on the walls, room needs painting, shared toilet, difficult for a man to stand up when using it, tiny shower felt dirty getting out of it!!

The location couldn't be better. It's right in Covent Garden and is only a 5 minute walk to the metro. It's also near the West End theatre district. The rooms are not big or luxurious but they are clean and tidy.

Stairway leading upstairs is a bit narrow but the building is older so I doubt there is much that can be done about that.

The plus side to this "hotel" is the location. Right in the heart of Covent Garden. The staff were friendly enough but they were all foreign so communication was tough.

The room was very basic and small. The breakfast was disgusting. Cold and burnt. It is very noisy at night here but we expected that due to the location.

Lovely friendly and easy-going staff, shabby old-fashioned comfort and basic rooms, but very clean and the beds were comfortable. Good breakfast. Fabulous location. I thought it would be noisy at night but with the secondary double glazing it was very quiet and shut out all traffic noise. Perfect B&B for an overnight stay in London.

Too small basin in bathroom. Some hooks for towels in the bathroom would be good.

Location was excellent!! It was right at the top of Seven Dials just off Shaftesbury Ave. with good ticket office just 20 foot away from hotel (B&B). Loads of places to eat/drink right on doorstep! It is CHEAP & CHEERFUL...don't expect top hotel facilities etc! very basic but enough for a short stay. exactly like most of the other reviews!! 2 nights stay £310 checked in 1pm on 13/8/14 and checked out 15/8/14 room 4 at the back (Family room 1st floor). Staff even offered to mind our bags on the last day whilst we did some last minute sight seeing!! ITS BASIC, CHEAP, CLEAN BUT SUPERB LOCATION!!

Stairs where very small. Can't complain as got exactly what I paid for!!

So exciting as a mature solo lady traveller to find affordable accommodation right in the heart of Covent Garden! This is a nice, safe resting spot, not an over-priced commercialised and cold-hearted cash- cow....We forget how lucky we are to be able to save up and go see amazing things (Maliinsky Ballet no less!!) because we are too busy complaining about what is, after all, not supposed to be home.....

Maybe I wish I had known my room was 4 flights of stairs,,but being intrepid at 67 I chose to find it exhillerating, fun and new...I Originate from Bolton and to be in London was a delight.

Staff, practical extras in room (kettle and biscuits etc), location, price

Noise from street, even four floors up with windows closed. Unfortunately we didn't really sleep much, shame as otherwise very good value for money.

Location was excellent, minutes to bus and underground. Center of theatre land and 5 minutes to china town. Breakfast included. 24 hour reception. Great staff. Plenty of cuisine choices locally.

Room was a bit small. Cramped staircase (no lift). Bed was a bit hard.

Location was excellent, Room was a decent size and very comfy. The cleanliness was good, and breakfast was well prepared. It is a good value for money.

Although the location and the room was excellent, one of the front rooms (which we stayed in) did endure a lot of noise from nearby roads at night.
