Friendly helpful staff, room quite basic but clean & roomy. Great location in Covent Garden Had a family room on second floor facing street which is very close to Shaftesbury Ave, noisy throughout night, ask for a back bedroom! |

Location, location, location! Easy walking to West End theatres. Pleasant staff. Small but very clean room, appears to have been recently updated, quiet at night (but my room was not facing the street). Good breakfast. This was made clear up front, but ... no lift and very steep, narrow stairs. It was less clear that, although they have internet, there are no terminals available to guests, you must bring your own laptop. |

This hotel was close to the theatres I do not believe that this hotel offers value for money, the room we had was very small, dated & cold. there were very noisy people above, we were next to reception and heard the phone everytime it rang, the view from the window was non exsistent, there was not enough seating in the dining room, food was minimal, curtains did not fit correctly therefore leaving a large gap causing a draft, the facilities in the bathroom were at an angle which meant that the toilet seat could not be raised correctly. Overall not happy with this hotel and would not use again or recommend to anyone. Wish I had read the reviews first. |

Great location. Nice and warm on a freezing night. Plenty of cupboard space. A hearty breakfast. Nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The carpets on the stairs are loose, making it easy to slip. |

Great position on the edge of Covent Garden, walkable to almost any theatre, near British Museum, basic but good value for its location. a few extra coppers spent on a couple of shampoo sachets, better quality loo paper and decent size paper napkins at breakfast would improve the experience at minimal cost, as would not leaving the breakfast bacon warming for hours - it was like leather, especially as eggs were freshly cooked. |

Location was excellent - once I found it ! Would of been easier if they said it was near the theater of Hairspray I was on the very top floor with no lift which was a nightmare after a night out on the town. Extra bedding in the cupboard would be great in the wardrobe as the night was a bit chilly but overall the hotel worked fine for me |

It's location was excellent for theatres and the attractions of the West End. Some wonderful restaurants and book shops nearby. Receptionist was helpful. No lift, and our room was on the fourth floor. Breakfast was from luke-warm bain maries yet could have been so easily cooked to order. Marmalade not available - and in an English hotel! Scandalous! Room very cramped, and the bed was a normal double so felt very small in comparison to the queen-sized one at home. Took ages for hot water to come through in the shower, thus wasting several gallons daily. Wall mounted TV was in prime position for banging the head, and the mirrors were positioned for only very short people to look into. I thought it was expensive for what it was, and in future I'll go back to using the Oxford St Youth Hostel at one quarter of the price for comparable facilities plus a self-catering kitchen. |

Convenient location. Clean. Fine for overnight stay when going to theatre. Room advertised for 3. However double bed was only 4' so a bit cosy! Not advertised as having a lift but did find stairs a struggle with hand luggage, glad not to have a large case. Would not bother with the breakfast another time. |
