Very friendly and clean
Small, dark, cramped room, very shabby, small bed. It was awful. We couldn't wait to leave.
Self serve cooked breakfast
Not a bad experience but room was small and basic with no toiletries.
too small rooms, shower not separated from the room
Relatively cheap place to sleep in central London whilst acceptably clean and with breakfast thrown in. Clean, tidy, hot water from the shower - not a luxury experience but all fine. Would stay again.
A touch more care preparing breakfast would've been good but the single member of staff was manning checkout, kitchen and tables all on her own. Good on her but not ideal. Price dictates. Room was small but fine for a night, maybe 2. If you're saying in this location you shouldn't be staying in your room anyway...
Good room sizes Free WiFi Nice staff Location
Steep stairs for some people Shower room is basic
Convenient location, pleasant staff, good Breakfast.
old furniture, poor access to wifi.
Nice location. Good breakfast. Charming staff.
Be prepared for narrow stairs and no lift. No problem for me, but might be for others.
Bad decour in corridors, long wait for table for breakfast, an suite could do with updating
location, location, location, friendly staff.
being on the 4th floor with no lift as have health problems but was ok. Breakfast was manic as only a small room with limited tables and lots of guests.
Location and Italian next door!
The view from room 4!
Location and lady on reception we're both great
Room was very basic and in need of renovation. Breakfast was awful - cold.
The free wifi was good.
Room is very small with furnitures not really organized. Taking stairs to upper floor with luggage is painful as there's no lift.
Location to the show we were seeing and the museums in the daytime
As we were upgraded to a studio it was on another street so we had to walk a short distance for breakfast each morning, not really a complaint but all i could find to enter here.
Just up the road from Ronnie Scott's jazz club, which was reason for visit.
Location is amazing Room was large Wifi was great Great value for money Many great restaurants close by Great location for shopping
fantastic location, very helpfull personnel. Warm and clean room. Good breakfast, possibility to have a studio.
single room on the last floor was really basic level, better to avoid
water was hot in shower, free wifi, in middle of london so location good.
tiny little room, wires showing, window didnt shut, decor was 1970's smell of bleach! tiles broken and cracked, handles hanging off, breakfast was cooked at 7 and left in hot plate, keeping luke warm, toast like concrete, knifes so blunt and stairs so steep you need a harness.
This hotel is all about location and London can be explored by foot. The neighbourhood is safe with cute little streets, shops, bars, restaurants, pubs, theaters etc. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was a good start for the day! Coming back to London, I will definitely stay here again!
The bed was too small for 2 people, as it only was a wider single-bed.
Location and Staff
In the middle of Soho
One room had a view 1 mtr. from a brick wall.
Location is very good and rooms a good size
narrow stairs would be difficult if travelling with luggage
24hr reception, lovely staff and English breakfast included in the price. Great pillows, TV and free wifi...plus tea and coffee making facility in room
Old fashioned room that was very dull and dark. (ground floor) Although towels and bedding were spotless the room smelled a bit musky and dank.
I couldnt of asked for more, a one night stay made very pleasant by all, I would stay again. Nice breakfast too.
where it was, ideal for theatre land
toilet down the hall and tired furniture
