Just off junction 2A of the M26 motorway and only 4 miles (6.5 km) from junction 4 of the M20, the hotel offers great value, with free parking and spacious, modern en suite rooms.

Ground floor room with the dogs.
General decoration and bathroom facilities very poor.Towel rail and extractor didn't work.
The price for a family room was excellent, a basic, clean and comfortable room. The lady on the desk was lovely and very helpful.Having a teenager daughter the free WiFi was a definate bonus. Also have a little one and a travel cot was provided.
No on site buffet breakfast but did have breakfast voucher to use in the services.
Bed moved when you slept, pretty dirty, wifi didn't work, moody staff, walls cracked
Reasonable value for money, bathroom a little tired but room fairly big and clean
Location not that easy to find despite being on a service site. A £10 cab from the hotel to the nearest train station just 2 miles away is a rip off!
Location Couldn't hear any motorway traffic Room cleaner was very lovely and polite
Free wifi very rarely worked and NO phone reception - if you know that the phone reception is Very poor as your staff informed us then would have been helpful to provide a phone in the room. Had the most awful and long winded time trying to inform family we had arrived safely. THICK mould all over the window seal!!! No toilet brush or air freshener in bathroom or vent/fan Bed was Very uncomfortable - was rolling into my partner all night! Shower if you could call it that was more of a waterfall and sooo loud! Compared to cheaper priced Premier Inn this place is the pits!
Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
Nothing. Do not believe the negative reviews!!!
We liked the room, all the extras provided, comfort and cleanliness. The quick response to my query re property left behind was very good. Pity had to use enail to contact as landline did not respond.
Trying to get in through a barrier when we didn;t know we needed a code> Ringing a central number on booking form was useless and totally a waste of time. We only got in when someone who knew the code came up behind us. How do you normally pass on this code??
Convenient having 24 shops around you. No problem with parking as this is controled by the hotel
We stayed on the West side of the M25 a bit of a problem if you want to go East! Taxis has a quicker access to cross over the motorway but not private cars.
nice, large, comfortable, quiet room - able to come and go as we pleased, all staff friendly and helpful. Our room overlooked pleasant green countryside, which was a bonus we had not expected. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk, with extra cheerfully provided on request, when we ran out of it during the the night. Well, one would hardly expect to sleep soundly, following the awe-inspiring event at Wembley! (bonus was, we were able to have a good lie-in, due to the generous check-out time of 12 noon)
what's not to like? no complaints from us! great value for money, knocks spots of London prices.
Friendly, helpful staff and a large comfortable room at very reasonable price. Free off-road parking (motorway services).
Hadn't realised in advance that would be unable to get a beer anywhere on site. Breakfast is from the services (£10 voucher) and the cooked breakfast place doesn't open until 7, though not a huge issue as there is also a McBreakfast option available earlier....
It's location was a service and very bad sign posted to get too.
The size of the room, the facilities, staff
To find the place
Convenient geographical position Ease of access
I slept, that's all I did.
Pillows squash to nothing. However I always take my own whenever i am away, so I was fine.
The reception lady was very friendly and helpful
The bed nearest the window had a creaky base so every time my son turned over it made a noise room 41
The size and comfort of the room. We had a good night's rest.
The quality of food in the services. It was expensive and only luke warm.
The room was light and clean with a tv and kettle included, good hanging space for clothes .
The bed was well used and as usual wth old beds the springs had gone and we spent most of the night rolling to the center. I have back issues which made it worse. The bathroom was clean but sealer around fixings looked very old and either coming away or growing other items showed signs of rust. There were cups in the bathroom however when I opened them they were cracked as is they had been crushed. P.S. did not see anyone on leaving so could not voice opinions at the time
They gave us interconnecting rooms and put the extra bed in the room we asked for. Water pressure for shower was good.
The decor was tired and dated with paint peeling, wallpaper peeling, and small stains on the carpet. The toilet was too close to the toilet roll holder to be comfortable when using the paper. Bed was awful - saggy mattress meant rolling into middle and big height difference between centre and edge when lying down. Very poor nights sleep.
Provided a bed.
Difficulty gaining vehicle access if not approaching from the motorway. Had to ring to get security number to access parking.
Bathroom extraction system very weak - compounded by almost-blocked filter. It was like living in Steam City !
Nice comfy bed
To discover that the hotel isn't actually in Sevenoaks itself
despite closeness to M25, v quiet
very helpful, friendly staff
Quiet spacious room with good eating facilities!
Very difficult to find if you don't know the area as I didn't! Thank goodness I had my GPS!
