coming from junction 6 to find hotel access at night is awful
Location, free parking, crispiness of bed linen, hot water, tea & coffee making facilities, quietness.
Did not know code for barrier to grt in at night
the most welcoming receptionist ever.Felt at home straight away.
Food in the services not good
Price was cheapest in the area. Wifi good in room. Clean and comfy room but bath was showing signs of use!
Wrong side of M25 for my business commute that week (to Tunbridge Wells). It added 30 mins to my journey!
The staff, although they couldn't help me, were friendly enough. The 24 hour reception was a selling point.
The room was grotty and tired. There was greasy residue from previous guests and toothpaste marks on the tap. The bathroom was grim and full of mould. There was a squashed spider on the wall - all in all, horrid.
Comfy bed & pillows. Hairdryer & clock useful. Wifi free. Fresh food cafe opposite really was, had excellent salad & breakfast next morning
Surprised eating area alcohol free. Barriers to get to other side of motorway a hassle
Easy to get to, friendly staff
Parking a bit dark and isolated.
Helpful staff. Room available early. Easy to find on M25.
Exit/Entrance without going back on to motorway. Returning late I found I had to go back onto M25 to get in again. Grouting in bathroom.
Easy to find Staff accommodating and even rang to confirm bedroom configuration. Reasonable price
It was there - walking the north downs way and it was all we could find when we wanted to stop.
Poor and expensive food and no alcohol in the hotel.
Handy and convenient for me.
Standard of bathroom. Breakfast not available before 7am and it was late opening. Choice of an evening meal typical of motorway services not very exciting.
The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were polite and helpful. The location was good as you could leave the hotel via a barrier with access code without having to rejoin the motorway.
The room was basically ok but some customers wouldn't like the fact wall paper was coming a little astray and there was a bit of mould in the bathroom.
room was spot on for been clean and comfortable
shower a bit dodgy
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food lovely variety to choose from not overly expensive. Could be slightly better priced. I was going to highly recommend it as it was easy for us to do all we needed to.
Having a letter telling us we had over stayed in the car park and for that pleasure were going to be charged £90. Left a very nasty taste in our mouths ruined what should have been happy memories. On this experience alone I will never stay here or in any other of your properties and will warn anyone else to avoid it also. What makes me even more cross is the fact we had registered our car with the hotel who knew we were booked in for two nights. When booking our hotel the two most important things we look for is free wifi and car parking. We feel very disappointed and let down
Location and friendliness of staff
Rather grubby room and quite expensive for a room-only booking
Good value, very comfortable, very convenient for restocking essential items for next days hiking.
little noisy at night, room was very close to services entrance
Shabby bathroom tiling, I wonder why I noticed that, needs updating, the shower was bad, resorted to a bath, noisy fan. Apart from that, fine.
I liked that it was close to where we needed to be
The hotel itself was filthy, there wer coarse black hairs around the toilet when I went in to use it. Carpet was filthy, sofa bed dirty& dusty, I'd booked hours earlier in the day for a family room when we got there after a 4 hour drive the childrens bed was not made up & their wasn't any bedding for it. My husband went to the desk to tell them only to be told he'd have to locate the bedding himself in empty rooms, which although not happy about he did we then had to make up the beds as best we could. He was told he'd be able to speak to a manager at 6am but when he went to speak to the manager it turned out it was the mcdonalds manager who also shared managerial duties of the days inn,,, unbelievable .. The next morning we left early & I wouldn't even wash my children in the hotel as it was so dirty I took them in the pyjamas & bathed them at my sister in laws. The attitude was awful & the hotel was a disgrace it needs closeing down & refurbishing. I would never stay here again & certainly would not recommend to anyone!!!!!
Easy to get to the motorway. Everything set out user friendly
Better communication needed re the parking, I followed all instructions & still ended up getting a ticket, It was sorted by the Roadchef Manager but only after half an hour getting stressed over the phone to your American customer service staff.
Room was nice and clean good size.cheap price .
Nothing nearby small breakfast area .
Quieter than expected being close to M25!
price location for us
beds weren't great and pillows were terrible bland room toilet rattled and taps not plumbed in properly being in the room right next to reception was noisy in the morning
Much the same as you would expect from travel lodges and premier inn's anywhere in the UK
The food choice at the adjacent services isn't great
