Location and Facilities
We'd been at a wedding so checked into our room quite late. The room stank of damp, which meant that we couldn't sleep much even with the window open. The room was very cheap and run down and not worth £55 a night.
The smell, cleanliness and the bed which was two cheap small beds pushed together and moved about all over the place.
price tv free parking
I would see more inns like this
it was close to brands hatch and it was close to restaurant next time we go racing i would use hotel again
Black mould around around bath/shower
Its basically a no thrills hotel, its worth every penny of £60.00 per night but would have a hard time paying any more when good bed and breakfast locally are available.
OK maintenance required on rooms, radiator did not work in bathroom, batteries in remote dead light bulbs out and leaking taps simple things just need attention
Location. Easy access. Staff rearranged I was not on ground floor as requested. Bath and shower. Access to costa
Lights were out in car park so wasn't very safe. Services now look dated . Used these services several times and have felt on all occasions that the mattresses need an upgrade. I only weigh 53 kilos and I can feel the springs. The pillows are cheap and cheerful . Some shower jel would be nice . Bathrooms need an upgrade although they have been cleaned cleaners cannot remove the ageing mould that is around. Trouble is Cobham and other I have stayed in are making this one look very shabby
Cheap and good location
The bathroom was a little tired. Although clean there was mould on tiles. Looked off putting. Stains on carpet.
My little boy was sick in the room I went and told them, they gave me bucket and a cloth and had to clean it up myself.
The mould in the bathroom needs attention.
Friendly welcome. Clean, fresh. Good food and reasonable using deal voucher.
situation good with good adjacent facilities altho access difficult from the east
Fungus in between the tiles of the shower and the carpets needed a thorough hoovering up to the walls
Cheap !! That's about it
Needs a refurbishment badly
The price for the area was amazing, my parents stayed at a different hotel paying over twice the price and our rooms were of similar quality! The staff were very friendly and quick to appologise when they missed a call from me even though they were very busy and all the phone lines were calling. Despite the convenience of the services open 24hrs, the room was quiet and we had I disturbed sleep. I would strongly recommend this to fellow travlers and we will be staying again in the future. Thank you for a great stay.
The signage to get into the services from clackett lane showing access for Days Inn customers was hard to see and not very clear after a long journey.
Easy overnight stop not far from where we needed to be in London the next day
Finding it in the dark amidst the services and car parks is confusing.
Ease of checking in
Car parking information needs improving
coming from junction 6 to find hotel access at night is awful
Location, free parking, crispiness of bed linen, hot water, tea & coffee making facilities, quietness.
Did not know code for barrier to grt in at night
Staff, location and comfort ok
I required wifi to work in the evening. Unfortunately I was unable to get it, looking at reviews no one else can. Personally I don't think they have wifi and I will be writing to the company and requesting a refund as it caused me a lot of inconvenience.
the most welcoming receptionist ever.Felt at home straight away.
Food in the services not good
Price was cheapest in the area. Wifi good in room. Clean and comfy room but bath was showing signs of use!
Wrong side of M25 for my business commute that week (to Tunbridge Wells). It added 30 mins to my journey!
The staff, although they couldn't help me, were friendly enough. The 24 hour reception was a selling point.
The room was grotty and tired. There was greasy residue from previous guests and toothpaste marks on the tap. The bathroom was grim and full of mould. There was a squashed spider on the wall - all in all, horrid.
Comfy bed & pillows. Hairdryer & clock useful. Wifi free. Fresh food cafe opposite really was, had excellent salad & breakfast next morning
Surprised eating area alcohol free. Barriers to get to other side of motorway a hassle
