Beds were comfortable, staff were friendly. Great value for money.
The hotel generally was good the beds comfy and staff friendly!
I was disappointed the hotel didn't have there own designated parking. No breakfast service and vouchers had to be bought!
Staff were brilliant friendly and helpful
There is no restaurant or bar, you can only eat in the service area, choice noodle bar closed at 8pm, mc Donalds never eat that rubbish, then there is the road Chef choice of only 6 hot meals , my mistake chose fish chips and mushy peas, fish was a very poor batterd fish over cooked spot the fish, chips wet and cold , mushy peas great so I paid £7.99 for mushy peas. Sorry but if you are going to call yourself a hotel then you should have a restaurant and bar at least. After working and been on the road for 15 hours and staying away from home , I don't know about anyone else but I expect a restaurant you know, sit down and enjoy a meal with a couple of pints to chill out , not sit in a service station café. Why did I think you had a restaurant and bar ? because you gave me breakfast as an option, that says to me you have a restaurant. Days inn is not a hotel stop calling your self one you are not even a B&B first and last stay at a days con.
Staff, being on the ground floor
Waiting at the barrier to get in on the opposite side
Very clean, good bed, bathroom with a full size bath and ample hot water. No traffic noise despite proximity to the M25. Helpful reception staff who smile!
Pervading smell of bleach - surely there are some nicer smelling cleaning products on the market in the UK?
clean room , smelt fresh
mo ventilatio, couldnt open window or vent
Easy access off M25 westbound; free, easy parking; large comfortable room which is equipped with all that most travellers would normally need. Big plus: a proper bathtub and good-sized bath towels!
Strong smell of bleach/disinfectant in the corridors.
The hairdryer was rubbish!
Good helpful staff on the desk
Fantastic value, clean and comfortable.
Nothing to be honest!!!!
The location was terrible!!! There was nothing around to do.... we stayed here because we was on a golfing break.. we wanted to do something in the evening and we ended up having to walk a mile and a have to reach a lovely pub with good food and drink with a quality atmosphere!!! This was the grasshopper Inn in westerham. Unfortunately we had to return to this graveyard to sleep... definitely wouldn't recommend and a total waste of £50. wished we had decided on a bed and breakfast instead. At least we would have had a breakfast included too for that price and felt welcome!!!
no rush to leave in the morning
Location Value Cheap and cheerful
No thrills Bed was not comfortable at all
Clean, tidy, good decor, friendly staff, and everthing really, apart from what I diddnt like!
I couldn't sit up and watch tv without the bed moving resulting in me falling down the back, Several times! You may have found the bed on Brighton beach!
Ground floor room with the dogs.
General decoration and bathroom facilities very poor.Towel rail and extractor didn't work.
The price for a family room was excellent, a basic, clean and comfortable room. The lady on the desk was lovely and very helpful.Having a teenager daughter the free WiFi was a definate bonus. Also have a little one and a travel cot was provided.
No on site buffet breakfast but did have breakfast voucher to use in the services.
Bed moved when you slept, pretty dirty, wifi didn't work, moody staff, walls cracked
Reasonable value for money, bathroom a little tired but room fairly big and clean
Location not that easy to find despite being on a service site. A £10 cab from the hotel to the nearest train station just 2 miles away is a rip off!
Location Couldn't hear any motorway traffic Room cleaner was very lovely and polite
Free wifi very rarely worked and NO phone reception - if you know that the phone reception is Very poor as your staff informed us then would have been helpful to provide a phone in the room. Had the most awful and long winded time trying to inform family we had arrived safely. THICK mould all over the window seal!!! No toilet brush or air freshener in bathroom or vent/fan Bed was Very uncomfortable - was rolling into my partner all night! Shower if you could call it that was more of a waterfall and sooo loud! Compared to cheaper priced Premier Inn this place is the pits!
Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
Nothing. Do not believe the negative reviews!!!
We liked the room, all the extras provided, comfort and cleanliness. The quick response to my query re property left behind was very good. Pity had to use enail to contact as landline did not respond.
Trying to get in through a barrier when we didn;t know we needed a code> Ringing a central number on booking form was useless and totally a waste of time. We only got in when someone who knew the code came up behind us. How do you normally pass on this code??
Convenient having 24 shops around you. No problem with parking as this is controled by the hotel
We stayed on the West side of the M25 a bit of a problem if you want to go East! Taxis has a quicker access to cross over the motorway but not private cars.
